Betty & Isauro are wonderful cleaners to have. I found them on referral from another client of theirs. They do quality work, are reasonably priced, extremely respectful. I was very comfortable with their presence in my home. They take cleaning very seriously, and dusted even the trim in the doorways, and wiped down the storm door as they were leaving. Highly recommended.

We have a large home, 3 children and 2 dogs. I try and keep up with it but the demands of distance learning and a 60 hour work week made it so that cleaning my home was not my priority. In fact, it was pretty low on the list. Betty came and did a walk through with me to understand what needed to be done. I was impressed with her; she took her fingers and actually ran them around my home in areas that probably have not been cleaned sine the day before we moved in. (I was mortified at the time to see her fingers come away with dirt. Yes, literal dirt in some places.) This gave her an accurate picture of not only the amount of time she would need but also the first clean cost. I have had other cleaning services but none have been this comprehensive. Betty and Claudia just left and I can say that after the first clean, I am extremely happy. If I am going to invest in something - I want to see that the investment was worth the money. I can say that this cleaning company was worth the money. Normally, I can find SOMETHING to complain or nit pick about; Not with Betty and her team. She was polite, respectful and cleaned everything. On a side note- we have had other hired individuals (roofers, cleaners, contractors) in the past that flip languages while in our home because English was not their native language. I have no issue with this. Speak in whatever language you are most comfortable in. However, I normally do not disclose that we are a multilingual home unless for some reason it comes up. Not hiding it, we just feel it is disrespectful to assume because you look a certain way that you should speak a certain way. Betty and her team used both English as well as another language. While many times this is very innocent, I have overheard conversations where myself or my family were being discussed because they incorrectly assumed that I was none the wiser. Overhearing the conversations today, I can disclose that B & I are 100% respectful and professional. In fact, they were complimentary of a few thangs and THAT is who I want in my home. My safe place where I put down my guard and grow my family. Thank you for your hard work and kind words! You came into a mess and did not judge or make me to feel anything but grateful. Great Job! See you in 2 weeks.....

B&I really did an AMAZING job cleaning my house. My house smelled amazing when I came back from work. After checking room by room I was very impressed with the cleaning. The bathrooms were impeccable. They did deep cleaning and they take the dust from EVERYWHERE. They are a fantastic couple, they are very punctual and very professional. I already booked my next cleaning with them!
