Hired to clean 2 furnaces and ductwork (upstairs and basement furnace). Unique advertises rotary brush cleaning on their website and shows photos of big vacuum trucks for cleaning. The guy showed up with a 120V air compressor and a small wheeled fan unit which was put inside my house. The guy also missed over half the vents in my basement, I have him on camera noticing a couple of them as he was cleaning up and he decided to wrap up the job anyways and take off. I informed him he missed some and he made an excuse that they were covered up (they weren't). Once I told him he was on my kids playroom camera he processed the refund for the basement. Also inflated the mileage charge (quoted $20, charged $70 which was 35km x 2, I am under 15km outside city limits) I wouldn't hire them again, untrustworthy, use inferior equipment, and out to make a quick buck.

Exceptional customer service! I cannot believe how much debris the technician was able to pull out of our dryer vent! I am SO grateful he suggested adding on that service, that amount of lint and debris could have definitely started a fire! Thank you so much, I will definitely be using Unique Duct and Furnace again!!
