Strongly recommend Marco at Pro Vent Services! Right at the beginning, he was a great communicator with well priced services compared to the other local companies. On time, organized and ready to go, upon arrival, he made sure to explain to me the full process. During the duct / vent cleaning of my whole house, he remained very professional and efficient. Recently we contacted Pro Vent Services as our furnace and vents needed cleaning and had not been cleaned for quite a few years. We were impressed with reviews we had read online, and Marco did not disappoint! He used up-to-date equipment, was extremely informative, and showed a great work ethic. Pro Vent Services were prompt, courteous and profession from the onset. Their response to a request for quote and communication required to book the service was always timely and very polite. The service itself was outstanding, they did a very thorough job paying attention to details not all similar companies do. The price was quite reasonable and in my opinion was great value. Along with the furnace duct and vent cleaning, they also cleaned our central vac system, solving an issue we had for some time.
