Not only does H&M Carpet Care have outstanding customer service, but they do an amazing job! My carpets were stained and dull (I have a pet cat, and a husband who has his friends over quite often), and even after I used a stand up rental carpet cleaner it did not look any different. After H&M Carpet Care did my carpets they look better than new! Not only have I received compliments on how great they look, but my carpets are brighter, smell amazing, and no more stains! A few days afterwards I received a follow-up call asking how the service was, which was awesome. They were on time (actually they were a little early), quick and thorough and did an amazing job. I will recommend them to everyone. I didn’t know this, but they do furnace cleaning as well. I will definitely call them next time to do this along with my carpets!

I cannot being to thank H+M for their service regarding a tough carpet cleaning job involving extensive cat urine. Dean Assiff went above and beyond in his treatment of my carpets - expertly determining the extent of the problem, then offering advice on how to proceed. We decided on an extensive spot treatment which would be followed by a thorough carpet clean. Dean used special equipment to determine where the urine spots were located - there were MANY more areas than I had originally thought. He then treated the areas, and left the treatment on the carpet for about 24 hours before returning for a complete cleaning. When he returned, he again scanned the carpet, and found the odd isolated spot he had missed on his original visit - then he proceeded to do a deep cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. Finally, an order-free basement! And, to my surprise, the final cost was very reasonable. Mr. Assiff was EXTREMELY professional, sensitive, and methodical in his approach to my carpet issues. I felt I had made a great choice in a carpet cleaner as soon as I chatted with him on the phone. This was confirmed throughout the two-day process involved to remove the stains and clean the carpet. Dean was so easy to get along with, and I felt that I had made a new friend by time he left. How many people can say THAT about their carpet-cleaning service? I highly recommend H+M Carpet Care!!

I recently purchased a home that was very much lived in as the previous owners had two kids a cat and a dog, instead of replacing all of the existing carpet I decided to get the carpet professionally cleaned by H&M Carpet Care.
