We bought our house last fall and had the ducts cleaned by David in the spring. We were having some issues with excess dust in the filter once a/c season started so I called to ask about it, David said he'd come and check/fix. Took a little while to align our schedules and today was the day. He immediately found the issue, had to open up better access to the cold air return and once we did, wow! It was FULL of debris from a very old reno.!! David made it right. Very friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

We had Z-Best come out clean our ducts for us in September and they did a fantastic job. We had some renovations done several years ago and then had our ducts cleaned by another company after they were done. When Z-Best came in and did them this year, there was still building materials from the renovation coming out, in fact I was surprised by how much they were able to remove for us. Clearly Z-Best did the job right, unlike the other company we used, and best of all they were cheaper then other company. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will continue to use them from now on!

worst experience i have ever had with any company i have ever dealt with in my life over 50 years, they left a mess, only cleaned close to the furnace did not clean any vents and when i questioned he swore at me and called me stupid and said that was extra. did not tape up the holes he cut so dust blew everywhere in my house, this company and the person who owns it is a complete horror show you have been warned

After a mixup on the date, the owner made it right by fitting me in. I was concerned that I wouldn’t get a thorough cleaning done however the two gentlemen that showed up did an excellent job. They were both courteous and professional. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

Dave arrived on time, he was very polite and professional, thoroughly explaining the process throughout the whole time. He gave us opportunity to see the dust and crud being sucked out. He also gave us recommendations on preventative maintenance for years to come. Prior to booking I had read reviews and contacted 3 companies for quotes. Zbest had the most reasonable rate, the reviews I read did not disappoint. Dave was thorough and complete! I would highly recommend!! I will see him in 3 years! As for the other 2 companies I contacted... one was highly overpriced, and the other one... well, they never did reply to my quote request.

To start off, he wasn't on time.... he was early! I was a little skeptical because of the price but don't be like me and let that deter you. It is all value and just goes to show how other companies rip you off. Super hard working guy, super quick to respond and was incredibly nice. Despite a reschedule due to my negligence he fit me back in and was super respectful. The ducts are cleaned and running better than ever. We had gotten our ducts "cleaned" last year by another company I won't name but I'll say they're fairly common in Regina and Z-Best found dirt and building supplies in the ducts that were missed. Now its cleaned! We also noticed in the winter our furnace room gets super warm compared to the rest of the house, he discovered that the duct work wasn't quite finished by the builders (is it really that surprising?) so we got an answer and now we can fix it. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Dave was on time and did a great job at cleaning. Its a one-man operation but the work was done effectively. My dad and I got to see what he was doing and the air quality is a lot better in the house. Also great price for the service, would definitely recommend!

Terrible experience, he was very loud and rude. He quoted lower than the final price, the difference was astronomical. At the end my ducts were still dirty and he didn't blow down every vent in the house like he claimed he would. Buyer beware, scam artist.

Z- Worst experience! buyer beware! the owner will quote you a cost of a special price then once work is done try to charge much more. He is rude and will yell at you. He showed up at my house about 2 hours before the appointment very early in the morning(before 7) my children were still sleeping then screamed at me wake up I don't have time for this I make 1000's of dollars a day and I do not sleep all day. I was also pregnant and when I told my husband about this treatment he was very upset . To properly clean ducts in a house that has two furnaces and is 2500 sq feet should take 4-5 hours and cost about 500-600. He will tell you 189.00 per furnace then come and try to charge double for cash only and do it in less than one hour. He wants extra for everything despite what he tells you. He charges what any legitimate company charges the problem is it is impossible to do this in one hour, guess this explains why he makes 1000's a day Wished I read this before calling this horrible man you simply cannot do a house in 45 minutes and he uses a bait and switch and relies on the fact most people are too stupid. Try getting him to stay longer than an hour it wont happen he would not spend the 4-5 hours doing the job right and if he did it would be triple. this is exactly what he does bait switch BUYER BEWARE!

GREAT fast quality service! Honestly, the furnace, A/C and ducts have never received that kind of attention and cleaning from previous companies. I got to see some of the crud that was in the ducts.. nasty ;) but then I knew he was doing an awesome complete cleaning job. He explained the process and was totally comfortable having me follow him around. It just feels SO much better knowing it was done right.. :) Very friendly and a most informative and enjoyable hour spent!! HIGHLY recommend!

We had our vents cleaned by them twice. We paid to have all the vents coated the second time so that there would not be any dust or hair stuck in the vents. It has only been 6 or 7 months since it was last done supposedly with the coatings and we're having our furnace replaced at this time to which the tech installing all the new venting showed us exactly what our old vents looked like when he took them off. I was completely disgusted and frustrated with how much dust and hair was still in them and he said there was no coatings applied to the vents period. We clean our house daily so there should be absolutely no reason for there to be as much dust and hair in those vents as there in just a 7 month period. Not impressed and definitely feeling ripped off
