Right from the start, Kerri and her team went above and beyond. Very quick and professional in responding to question. A team of 3 showed up at the exact time we had arranged. This was a full move in cleaning. Once they were done, their manager showed up to do an inspection. She looked in those hard to clean sports, ie: removed fridge shelves, top of microwave, window corners, etc to confirm the crew had those spots cleaned properly. I'd definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. To quote my wife "They have removed the floor vent covers and are washing them in the sink! That is awesome!". Thanks again. We truly appreciated the work.

In the 18 months I've been using Prairie Shine I can honestly say that I've never been disappointed in their service. The attention to detail is beyond measure: sinks and faucets are spotless, floors are impecable, and not a speck of dust anywhere (including my baseboards). The worst cleaning I have ever seen in my whole like. Three people came to clean the house which took them 4 hours but did not clean anything other then the panels in the whole house. They were supposed to clean the whole house except the washroom on the upper lever of the house. The floors were dirty, they didn’t clean the washroom downstairs just the sit of the toilet( had to deep clean everything). When I called the owner of the business she offered to come and fix all the “cleaning” that her people did, but for an extra cost. They charged me 500$ for the cleaning and I had no choice but pay it. Horrible customer service I would never recommend her company and her prices are in the sky, for a very low quality of work it’s not worth it, I can clean better then them, so no one deserves to pay money for something that was not done well. I am an university student and can’t afford to throw money into the air. HORRIBLE SERVICE! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had Prairie Shine come in to clean my duplex and they did a fabulous job! The staff were friendly and professional! It can be hard trusting people to come in to your home but this service was totalky trustworthy! I highly reccomend them and will hire them again.

I hired this company for a move in clean. They are terrible. Nothing was cleaned. I had to re clean the whole house. I am not sure what they did for the hours they were here. I sent multiple pictures to the manager offered a 1 hour free of charge. I would never recommend this company for house cleaning.
