Not satisfied with Oasis at all. The manager came out week before to go over the place and then told me to go ahead and check off any extras I'd like... I asked what the extras cost and he replied they would be included in the Groupon $70 purchase - neglecting to add as long as it doesn't go over the purchased time. I was there when the cleaner came but neglected to watch the time. This was my second mistake, the first being the actual groupon purchase. So she took 2 1/4 hours (that included time to bring in her supplies as well as pack it back up, and then she asked if we could go through the place. The visible was taken care of. It was the not visible that didn't get done. Inside of the microwave not touched, windows behind the blinds streaky, window sills not touched, bottom and back of all shelves still covered in dust, behind the toilet not touched, shelves in bathroom not dusted or wiped down at all.
I complained to the manager (Andres) and he claimed the explanation of extra costs was on their website and on the Groupon. True but the extra cost could have been explained in person when I asked. He advised that it was incumbent on me to report my dissatisfaction within the 24 hour guarantee time period. True. So basically suck it up princess and pay the extra I'm being billed :) which claims she was at the house for 2 1/2 hours.
If you decide to hire these guys, be sure you read all the fine details and be sure to inspect and follow the cleaner around. Report any problems immediately.
