They were able to accommodate my two kids who were working from home as schools have them out of the building. Cleaning was done to allow them to work in their rooms for scheduled meetings. I had left a message on their webpage, after hours. The morning they opened they returned my call, booked my appointment, that fit my needs, quick fast and well explained. I received a reminder noticed via email a few days before my appointment and the morning of, received a call that they were on there way. The crew that showed up where on time, professional, and very friendly. They explained what they were going to do, what to expect and went about there work. They actually spent time doing the work, did not rush threw it and consistently checked to make sure it was done perfect. The end result was WoW. By far , by huge leaps much MUCH better than the joke of a company that we previously used. Thank you.

Mixing feeling about the service. 1. Dust still left visible in the duct. 2 Charge me $79 to clean AC coil - actually just did in 10 second work by spay some air onto the coil without even look - Still dust every where and also left a dent on the coil. 3. Cut the cable ties then simply left it there without do anything. On the other hand, the guy was nice and spend 100 minutes in my house. I just feel the service does not worth $400 at all.

I contacted Full Throttle about two years ago to come and clean our ducts and air exchanger. I should have left a review last time they completed their service as they did an awesome job! This year, we were due for the two-year cleaning. I was equally impressed today with the work done and the services provided. Tanner and Brady were professional and made sure to explain everything to me. I appreciate that they contacted me prior to my appointment by email and by phone. They were punctual and thorough with their work from the moment they arrived. I also appreciate that they had clean shoes and took them off at the door. The before and after pictures are always interesting to see. Even though we have a newer home, I definitely noticed how much cleaner everything looked after the services were completed. Dryer hose was not properly reconnected after service which resulted in massive lint build-up and large fire hazard. We had a nice gentleman come out and do a fabulous job of cleaning our dryer ducts and piping. However, we have a small connector from the outside piping to the inside duct work due to the nature of our old house. When the outside was being cleaned, the small pipe on the inside became dislodged, completely separating the outside piping to the inside duct work. This error was not found months later, when we had our washer and dryer replaced. The people installing our new dryer said they were flabbergasted and had never seen this before. We sent an email to Full Throttle, letting them know we were displeased with the service and that they had left a potential life threatening fire hazard for us to deal with. A few hours later, we received one of the most condescending phone calls from a company that I have ever received. The employee representative made sure to place all of the squarely on our shoulders, even though we had never had this sort of issue prior to their service and no one had touched it since. The employee made sure to let us know that they really "covered their asses" and took lots of pictures. I was shown these pictures and they were of the outside of the piping to let us know how clean it was after the service. However, no pictures were taken of the connector, which was the part we had issues with.

Due to the amount of dirt I cleaned up the next morning, I put a camera down each vent to inspect the ducts that were supposedly cleaned. They were not. Contact with the "boss" left me with the distinct impression I am somehow at fault. Today, nearly one month later, the filth blowing out from the furnace vents into each room is no better. I wasted $372.75. NO stars, if that were possible. *edit* Reply to FT's reply: why would I waste your time and mine when your company could not do the job right in the first place? Have a nice day.

Decided to use Full Throttle for my duct cleaning based on reviews and information provided on website, Guys showed up they were friendly and were very careful with floors. Job was done in about 2 hours. I went back through my home and noticed that the vent for air exchanger was full of dirt and dust. I took pictures and sent them back to main office. I then took my air exchanger apart and large clumps of dust and dirt were present. I had to vacuum out vents and exchanger and clean up myself. I took pictures again and sent them to main office. I talked to Christina who offered for the guys to come back and re-clean the line again. I paid $100 to get line cleaned and I had to do it myself plus a lost day of work. "Excellent workmanship and Superior results" as posted on website. They only did 75% of the job. Make sure you go back through everything that was cleaned before you let the guys leave. Also make sure you get your FREE furnace filter (which I did not receive). My mistake and I paid for it. Based on service and the job I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FULL THROTTLE!!!!
