Telephone spammers - no one likes this. Shape up. Look at your reviews here. Your approach to sales is going to only get worse results in the future as people more and more turn to online reviews before making a service provider choice. You guys really need to re-examine how you promote your business if you want to survive into the future.

Not professional and terrible customer service. We hired this company to clean the ducts at our cabin at Clearwater Lake. The guy didn't seal the vents. At one point I stopped him because while he was blowing the vent in the living room, the vent in the room at the end of the hall had big clouds of dust coming out of it! I wish I would have taken a picture, because when I complained to the company the receptionist argued and attacked me. I had to call back 3 times, and she belittled me each time. I ended up getting about 30% of the bill refunded, but I did hours of cleaning and will have to do more. Don't hire this company.

Used them once and after that they don't stop cold calling no matter how many times you tell them you dont want the service. Tried blocking numbers, getting them ti remove my number, talking to manager but they could care less.

I'm not really sure what their service is like, but I can say they call my work number multiple times a year to see if I want my ducts cleaned. They call all our numbers (several hundred) all the time. Thanks for the lost productivity and bother.
