I ended up having to cancel my cleaning after the Cleanrite employee showed-up without a mask. Although I was disappointed, I appreciate that he has that right (since masks are not mandated in SK). What I did not appreciate was the disrespectful and uninformed rant from the COVID-denier employee after I declined the service. I am appalled and offended by my HORRIBLE experience with Cleanrite. After my what happened today, I would NEVER recommend Cleanrite to anyone.

Prompt and courteous service! We just bought a house and Cleanrite was honest in letting me know that certain pet related issues were too severe even for their methods. They cleaned a couple of other carpets for us and did a fantastic job. Will hire them again!

They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! They were in and out a lot quicker than I thought. With a new baby on the way, we wanted the peace of mind of having clean carpets. It was also a super cold day (probably around -30) but they had a device that blocked my doorway so their hoses can still get through, while not allowing the cold to get in. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. A++

I used CleanRite last year and was very happy with them. I have an autoimmune disorder and I'm sensitive to scents and chemicals, so it was important for me to go with a carpet cleaner in the organic, natural range as much as possible. When I called to book it I asked that the cleaner wear a mask, assuming this wouldn't be a problem, and the woman I spoke with got very defensive and said he wouldn't be because it would be too hot. I asked then that they please sanitize their hands and she scoffed (literally, scoffed) and said that "sanitizer is not good for you" but he will wash his hands. I was really put off by her attitude but I agreed to have them come in anyway because I was desperate to get my carpets cleaned (we have a cat, I deal with illness, and it had been a year). I also thought they might be the only natural carpet cleaner in town. She called weeks later, in early July, to tell me they would have to postpone because someone was getting surgery. I have since called four times (it is now September) and no one will get back to me, despite their message saying each time that they really value their customers. I have now moved on to Essential Organic Carpet Cleaners. I remain baffled, but I think the best explanation may align with what a previous commenter said about the company being Covid-deniers? Very strange. Would never, ever recommend.

Kevin and Francis did a great job. We had carpets upstairs and downstairs done which included two sets of stairs, sofa and loveseat and four recliners. All the stains came out beautifully. When I mentioned we would likely be replacing the living room rug because we were tired of the colour, he suggested dyeing it. We were unaware this was an option and will likely do this in the future. Kevin has been doing this for 10 years and we will definitely call him when the time comes.

Kevin does a beautiful job cleaning my carpets. Two years ago he got out a blond hair dye stain that I thought would be impossible and that I thought I would have to replace the whole wool carpet in the hallway, dining room, living room and stairs. He saved me over $10K! Kevin returned twice to completely get this stain out and no one can ever tell it was there.
