We had Todd with alpine carpet care clean our Carpets and a couch for us when we were potty training our little guy , cause well we all know how that can go and he was absolutely amazing efficient and professional. I had called him another time to ask what do cause we had a bad accident on the carpet and his response was “ call me “ which we did and he was Over the next morning to help , he was going to come that evening but it was already bedtime for out little guy . All in all I highly recommend him for any cleaning needs you may need

Worst experience ever!!! Not recommending this guy to anyone. So my appointment was scheduled for 11:30AM and for whatever reasons, he called me at 9:30AM and said he will be coming to my place in 45 minutes, I was in middle of doing things and had to drop everything and made my way to the place. 20 minutes after the first call, he called again and said he is at my place, and when I said I am on my way, he was rude to me, he was like, hurry up as he got to leave. Finally when I got there, he was like, I have to go as I don’t feel like working all day. So he did a rush job cleaning my 2 bedrooms and stairs and hallway in 10-12 minutes. His work was awful and he was rushing and was rude to me the entire time. He even demand for a tip when it comes to the payment.

This company did an absolutely amazing job! The guy showed up exactly as discussed, was extremely personable and professional. I had a renter with some animals that left a not so pleasant lingering scent. The basement now looks like new and smells so clean and fresh! Thanks for doing such an extraordinary job! Oh my god What I wonderful job this man done,at what I thought was a very reasonable price. My white rugs are white again and won’t have to be replaced. My entrance rug is unrecognizable. Might I add a very personal and helpful Man as well. I highly recommend him.

His yrs of knowledge was very interesting The carpets turned out amazing and I figured I would have him stumped on a few spots but he got them out.
