I had a vaccum that worked good for 7 years and they changed the power head in July this year. Power head stopped working in 3 months , upon checking with them they declined to honor warranty and the customer service was really bad. I paid for new powehead and again for fixing it within 3 months. Now it has stopped working again. This is very frustrating as my original power head worked fine for 7 years. I think they gave me a used power head. I lost $150 in this process. I would have bought new vaccum.

I dropped in with a plugged vacuum hose, they unplugged it in minutes while I waited and it was no charge... it's refreshing to get such great service! And, visiting them certainly takes care of most of your excuses for not starting your house cleaning... they have everything you need!

RESOLUTION REACHED: I am grateful to say that 1 Stop Vacuum Centres has made compensation for this disaster. We talked about what did and didn't happen and what should have happened in a more timely fashion. All in all, my problem has been resolved and, I hope, the staff involved in this situation will be more mindful of their responsibilities and attitudes. RECAP OF SITUATION: Bissell steam cleaner submitted for water leak on Feb. 10. After multiple phone calls and COVID, I got it back in July. The machine was returned in filthy (understatement) condition with a tank half full of dirty water. My concerns were brushed off until I posted a second Google review with graphic pictures of the machine's condition (now deleted).

We will not be coming back here again. They sold us a vacuum stick as a new item, and after it burned through 3 belts in a year we found out that the motor in the head was an old used one with a part missing. Since my review they did come back and offer to refund our money for our last repair, so in light of that generous offer I'd now give them 4 stars out of 5. They are the go to place for Filter Queen service and parts.

They will take care of your day to day and also specific vacuum cleaner related problems here. While it is getting more difficult to get good expert advice in the big box stores you can get that advice here. They repair your broken vacuum and they also sell new vacuums and equipment for the home or for professional cleaners.

They replaced the motor in a central vac, and rewired the power head. They said probably 5 days and called after 2 days to say it was done. Final bill was exactly what was quoted. Staff were exceptionally friendly. I hope I don't have to go back soon for repairs, but if I do, or if I am buying a new machine, I won't go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
