Didn't show up! Moved the beds and furniture, removed the vent covers, gave the tenant notice for access and then they didn't show up. Too bad there isn't a zero star rating. If you don't want to waste your day waiting then try another cleaner.

I was so excited that Ozone could come so quickly when I called for a quote. I was also very excited that they had a promo going on and I got $50 off the service. Smoking deal, and he was very thorough and it didn't take very long. I am excited for fresh air!

They were available early, so he called to see if that was okay. He put everything back as he finished, even the ones I had pre-pulled out for him. I asked him to wear a mask given the current COVID situation, that was not a problem. Only issue we had was that they missed that we needed a 4-wheel drive vehicle on our original booking, luckily we double checked when they confirmed which did require that we reschedule, but it wasn't a big deal only a short delay in getting it done.

Highly recommend this company to have your furnace ducts cleaned, its so important to breathe clean air and they do an amazing job. I really appreciated to find out how they use a different system to clean your ducts that gets them a lot more thoroughly cleaned than other systems can. They took the time to answer all my questions and Jordan who came to do our house was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that they pay attention to detail and make sure they do a great job for you. Also appreciated that the technicians that come to your home are non-smokers, that is very important to me.

Nothing but good things to say about Tim and Jesse, from calling for a quote to paying the bill. This is a wonderfully run company and I'm glad to have chosen these guys for cleaning my nasty furnace and vents! Can't beat their prices or workmanship! Tim showed up on time, he was very cheerful and polite and he worked efficiently and thoroughly. Jesse even answered his phone before 8am because I didn't check a clock before calling (not saying that it's a very nice thing to do to people on a weekday, so don't do it) But all in all, I WILL be calling these guys everytime my furnace is due for a cleaning!! Everything went well for Duct and Furnace cleaning. Jordan was great and did all the little things I asked him too, like cleaning up behind the drier. I was going to do it myself, but he took care of all that. I was really happy with the appointment. I also combined it with a carpet steam clean with Matt from Red Deer Carpet Colour One and he was great. Took care of some challenging spots that were really dirty from recent construction. 2021 was different experience. We had requested they do the same as 2020. When I got home, no lovely fresh fragrance in home (LY they did bacterial fogging with benefict), but they DID apply an unannounced travel fee for $50 (even though I gave them 2 weeks notice to line up other homes in the area...same as 2020). Time for a change next time.

Tyler from Ozone-fx came and cleaned our furnace and vents. Not only was he very professional he did an amazing job. If you are looking at getting your vents cleaned then I would strongly recommend Ozone-fx. You can’t beat there price for the service they provide. Another company would be more than what they are charging. They cleaned 17 vents and our furnace and the inside dryer vent. The dryer vent is what causes most home fires so now I feel more protected. This is a great investment you can do for your house and home.
