They came in to do 2 bedrooms and a set of steps for me. I had a big gel nail polish stain in one of the carpets and they got it out! My daughter had also put gum on one of the carpets, and it all was taken out. I was impressed with how fast he was in and out doing the complete job for only the charge of a basic service call. The gentleman was friendly when he came to my house, payment was simple and I will definitely recommend or use again in the future. Thank you for the service!!

The carpet doctor, did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets. I had an impossible, to remove, gum stain (amongst other stains). The carpets were cleaned and in better shape, than when I originally moved into the apartment. I got a full refund on my damage deposit, because the Carpet Doctor was able to save the carpet I had left in very bad shape.

I messaged Carpet Doctor for a booking and had a kind gentlemen named Cody Pratte arrive on the scheduled day and exactly on time. I live on the 4th floor of an apartment ( they have the best apartment deal package in town, I’ve called every store in the county) so I offered to help move some of the cleaning equipment up but Cody handles it all, in fact, that’s what he said. This guy came in, set up in no time and had my entire condo clean in about an hour. He did a great job to, my carpet wasn’t the l best but he made it look much much much much much better. Best part was, I didn’t even have to stick around, I have him the keys, left, he did his thing, texted me when he was done and put the keys under the door. It really doesn’t get any easier than that. The service, price point and quality are all really good with this company, keep up the great work!!
