Overpriced technician more interested in running up already outrageous overpriced bill than doing a good job. Not only did I get charged over $500 for my ducts being cleaned , the owner responds with a lie saying I am in the USA ! Goes to shows you what type of company they are , they can't even take a complaint without trying to spin it . I can assure you I live in Red Deer Alberta , but no need to carry on . I will never use this company again .

I am sad to actually do this for the first time ever. We had Advance come in and clean our furnace and carpets. The furnace cleaner employee himself was great and very efficient. The carpet cleaner however walked into our house on a rainy day did not take his shoes off and proceeded to walk around the house. I understand the carpets where getting cleaned but every other experience we have had they put little booties on to show some respect to the home owners. We also had damage to our walls from the hoses or equipment. It was quite pricey in my mind but I just thought I would share our experience. In the future we will be hiring a different company.

Advanced cleaning solutions supplied a professional, thorough and reasonably priced service. They were able to come on short notice. Their process was much more advanced then other past cleaners as well finished product was cleaner and more professional. Our advanced technician was Chris; he was very knowledgable and thorough. He was happy to explain each step of their process and answer all questions I had. Chris also noticed a major issue with our cold air return system and not only informed us but explained how to fix. We will continue to recommend and use advanced cleaning services for years to come.

This company was absolutely amazing!!! They came in exactly at 9:00am cleaned my white carpet for me. Some stains did come up from middle layer so I called and they came the next day and did an actual stain removal at no charge. I couldn’t be happier with the company and staff. The price was way lower than I expected for the quality of work that they gave me. A week later, I called them again to come in and clean my new old furniture I inherited. Again absolutely great work. If anyone is looking for an amazing professional work? Look no further!! Thank you Mike and Advanced cleaning.

I can't explain enough of the great service Advanced Cleaning Solutions provided me. First, I called and they were booked solid. I needed my furnace cleaned desperately and they were booking a few weeks ahead. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone heard my concern and got me in on a cancellation the next week. Chris was the gentleman who cleaned my furnace and did an amazing job. The next morning I noticed my furnace was struggling to start. I called Chris and he said he would get there right away even if he came on his own time. Unfortunately our times to connect didn't work. A couple of weeks later"Chris CONTACTED me" to let me know he would be in the Penhold area and would like to check on my furnace as he didn't want to see me in the cold. I just want to let everyone know that not many people even care about a job after it is completed. Chris went over and beyond his job duties to make sure my furnace was working and working properly. Even though I didn't meet Chris face to face Advanced Cleaning is blessed to have an employee like Chris... Bravo.... I will recommend Advanced Cleaning Solutions to everyone I know and will use them again and request their valuable employee Chris.
