I've read a couple good reviews but I'm going to be frankly honest, I went in to inquire and received very unwelcoming service from a certain CSR. Ended up taking my business elsewhere as All west glass is priced better and the staff actually acts like they want to help.hopefully the customer service issue is addressed in an appropriate manner.

Big huge thank you to Crystal Glass Quesnel. Had a passenger window blown out so they fixed it for me ( hassle free ), gave me a ride to and from work and also went above & beyond to fix my other door panel that I broke on the drivers side. As a single mother I can’t always fix what needs fixing . . . So grateful for a family orientated business such as this ???????? To the team at Crystal Glass . . .
