Erreurs sur les horaires, les réparations, ne font pas la job que tu leur demande de faire et surtout, dans les délais. La goutte qui a fait déborder le vase c'est la dernière fois que j'ai demandé un entretien ponctuel, ils sont venus, m'ont dit que le cabanon était barré (il n'étais pas barré et en plus mon chum était sur les lieux en télétravail) ils ont donc juste brossé la m**** qui avait dans le fond. Résultat: c'était pire qu'avant, la saleté avait levé dans l'eau. En rappelant, j'explique, on me fixe un autre rdv sans frais... mais le dit rendez-vous n'avait pas été saisie dans leur horaire, alors piscine non-utilisable pendant une semaine encore et frais de 180$ au total. J'ai perdu le compte combien de semaines on a perdu en attendant des rdv comme ça ou à cause de des erreurs. L'été dure si peu de temps au Québec, des délais ça coûte cher de jouissance de la piscine!
