We took all our clothes here from a smoke damage claim...They stained many items with some sort of blue dye, they dried out our leather jackets and made them "crunchy". They lost many items including a custom suit with my name embroidered on the inside pocket and my wife's wedding veil. Then refused to pay for any of it and now we are going to court with them....fun.

It's been 11 days since I dropped off my favourite white blazer to be dry cleaned. There was makeup on the collar and some kind of lipstick stain on the lapel. I tried to pick it up a week ago and the man explained that the machine had left a mark on the sleeve and that he needed extra time to fix it. (I interpreted this to mean that like an iron can sometimes leave rust if not careful something of this nature had happened with a machine) I came back today and saw that the sleeve now had a streak of green ink on it. I don't write with green ink pens so it was not on there before dropping off the jacket. The man told me that the green ink was there when I brought it in but he had told me the week before that it had been the machine. His story and my story were not adding up. Not only was it a week late and my second time trying to pick it up, but there is now a green stain on my blazer and there was no discount or refund given. I don't normally make a fuss with customer service but instead of fixing the problem or being apologetic, he told me to take it somewhere else. Well that's exactly what I'll do. Update: Called another place in town to ask if they could take green ink out of a sleeve and they said yes (the man had told me he could not do it with his machines) well we're off to NuDawn Sparkle!

Needed pant cuff hemmed for weekend event. Called them Friday morning - they said no problem. Brought it in, and the lady sewed it up right there, in about 30 seconds, while I waited! Awesome service!

Most recently I went in to PA Quick Clean to get a zipper repaired. The owner quickly fixed it upon walk in and didn't even charge. I've had some jackets dry cleaned here as well and the service was excellent and the cleaning was amazing.

Poorly ruin business. First, items were not ready the day they were suppose too. Then, items were damaged. When brought to their attention, we were told that we were lieing about the damages. We were refunded 100% though. For quality service, deal with another Dry Cleaner business in PA.

Very good service. Dropped of some ties for dry cleaning and picked them up three days later. They all looked great, one even had its tail slip falling off and they repaired it for no extra cost.

DO NOT GO HERE!! they are called welldressed drycleaning or something now, same location so i am reviewing here. Horrible scam being run here. the owner tried to give me a 40 dollar Walmart special in Luo of my nearly 400 dollar calvin klien jacket. I explained to the owner that the jacket was not mine, put it on and showed him it was insanely small on me and even provided a photo of me in my actual coat. he waved a folder of his police clients phone numbers and told me to call the police if I didn't like it. all this the day before my brothers funeral. they think they are above the law because they have some equally shady prince albert cops who get their donut stains cleaned here on file. I have heard of this happening to other at the same location as well. swaps clothes then waves around his police folder. shameful.

The service at Dresswell Dry Cleaners is next to none. A friendly smile greets you every time you enter the business. We’ve had zippers fixed, alterations done as well as dry cleaning and we always leave with the same satisfaction! I would never go anywhere else!

Poor performance: didn't listen to alteration instructions when I read them out loud from the picture I brought, obviously didn't read them, and charged more than the quote. Also incapable of saying "I'm sorry. We'll do better next time!"

Came in with a leather skidoo suit, and asked if it could be cleaned. It was in mint condition with vibrant colors. They said yes pick it up Thursday. When I came back to get it, it was totally destroyed. The black had run over all the other colors. I complained and paid the bill anyway. When I got home I had a chance to look it over and called back to ask what they could do and all I got was yelled at over the phone. I asked 3 times for him to stop and lower his voice. Their customer care is zero and they obviously have no regard for your items because it's at "your own risk". I have never written a review before and rarely if ever complain about service but this is as bad as it gets. STAY AWAY!
