I cannot say enough good things about Diamond ChemDry and Jass. Jass has exceptional customer service and was helpful when it came to working around moving and shift work. I recently moved into a residence that appeared to have never had a professional carpet cleaning completed. Jass efficiently brought the basement of this residence from stain-filled and smelling of mildew to clean and fresh in two and a half hours. Jass also cleaned a small sectional couch with ease. I don't know what went wrong with my carpet and didn't turn out to be as clean as I thought it would be.Most of the stains weren't removed at all and I only realised that after it was completely dry .the stains were just food spill from my kids and washable markers...I know which ones wouldn't be able to be be removed from the beginning,but not some small ones ...it's disappointing me to have paid for them to be cleaned and yet seeing them insisting .

Jass in Prince Albert was awesome; he worked so hard getting the dog urine out of our carpets and he was successful!! Giant black lab who seems to pee gallons everywhere-so not an easy feat by any means. Just a very honest, sincere man who has an amazing demeanour about him. AND on top of it got the carpets clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
