The rudest women ever work here. If you come to the counter off to the side for change the older mom lady will count your cash in front of her and make you come around for it. Its too hard to take an extra step to her right to give you the money. They also splash the money all over the counter and make you sweep it all up. Its just wonderful when you need $20 worth of change. At the laundromat up the hill, those ladies count the change, put it in a cup and pass it to you. But nothing will change those are the owners daughters that work there, so why would they have to be pleasant to the people that pay their bills? 1 star for the varied laundry machine sizes. 0 stars for the staff and "service" Actually, the only time I have a decent time here is when I bring my own change and dont have to talk to whoevers working. SO. RUDE. ALL. THE. TIME. ????????

TERRIBLE customer service. None of the machines work like they should, and the bitter woman working here doesn't help nor care. She'd rather be staring at her phone. I will be reporting this shoddy business to the BBB.

I drove in over an hour to wash my laundry today. (1.5 h with the construction) I arrived at 8, they close at 9. I have a dryer at home and just needed to wash. I have been coming here for a while and my first encounter was bad too. Then the encounters after that were 'fake nice'. I already felt terribly guilty for coming in late, and my first question was "how long do the washers take" if less than 45 I would have been out of there within 15 minutes to close! She tells me "she just sanitized all the machines" I asked for change, couldn't give me change with my debit card?! I had done this here before, she must have cashed out for the day and didn't want to 're-open' the till. I am hoping I can find another laundromat to support.

Tucked away on a quiet residential street is where you will find this laundromat. It's clean and there is a very nice lady running it. The machines are showing signs of wear but you can tell she keeps things clean and running well. I'd definitely recommend this place.

She was super grumpy. Complained the entire time we were there. 10/10 will never be back. Horrible customer service. It was almost like we beat her child when we asked to get change.

Here on holiday, the hotel we're staying at doesn't have laundry room or service so came here. Very nice gentleman helped me out, good customer service and was on top of keeping the place tidy and clean thank you ????
