I received a confirmation call about a half an hour before the visit. The rep was very respectful and a fast and efficient worker. He completed the work in a prompt manner, was very clean and neat in appearance. I was given the option to have duct sanitization as an extra service and I do not regret taking it! The house smelled amazing afterwards! Was even provided legit before and after pics... Competitively priced, especially if you catch a rep at a local Home Depot!

I was looking for recommendations but didn't get any except one friend shared her experienced with a job done by another company which is cheaper. I asked her what exactly they did, I decided to go with Niagara Ducts Cleaning because Cheap can be very costly in the end. I was more than satisfied with NDC , they really delivered what they say on their Website. Mike was very Polite, Courteous, Thorough and Very Efficient. I was extremely happy with the work done that I have to call Dawn and have her put us on a reminder call in 3 years. I had a short conversation with Mike while he was writing the receipt and found out a bit about the owners Dave and Dawn. These guys are exceptional human beings who stand for what is right. They really care about giving value to their customers but most of all care for their employees. Bottomline I highly recommend this Company. Read some reviews and was impressed. Reasonably priced and excellent service. Two young men were on time for the appointment, they explained the process thoroughly and showed us how it worked and did a walk about beforehand to make sure they captured everything (and took their shoes off). They also sanitized it with a tea tree solution after the cleaning, which I appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks!

I've had NDC do my ducts at least twice in my current home, price is great, they're on time and they leave your home nice and tidy. Have had them come in after each renovation when drywalling's been done too just to clean out the air, for the price it's a no brainer.

We are changing our deck boards and I suddenly realized that our access to the dryer was under the deck. I called this morning and luckily this wonderful company had an opening. The crew arrived on time, explained what they were going to do. I watched in horror as all of this dryer dust and debris came out. There were mounds all over the ground underneath our deck. We were absolutely ready to have a terrible fire. The last company that cleaned our dryer vent refused to go under the deck and said that it was fine to just clean the dryer hose. Niagara Duct Cleaning said they will come back after the deck is down in a couple of years and they will go under our deck. Wonderful company, great employees, We couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for a company with integrity you’ve just found it.
