We were recommended by a local friend to use J Sneak Plumbing. Didn't even shop around. In our email we politely explained what we needed done and that we have a child who is high risk and would require them to wear a mask and follow social distancing protocols. This was the response: "Sad ry not interested because of your high risk for Covid. I don’t need the liability sry" Just had a furnace installed and they had no problem following this bare minimum for safety in a post-covid world.

J. Sneek Plumbing to the rescue again. During a major rainfall this past Saturday, my sump pump failed. John was at my house within the hour. He did a quick analysis, got things running, and mitigated imminent damage. Today, John and Jacob came back, installed a new pump and a back up pump system for power failures. I highly recommend J. Sneek Plumbing. I called J Sneek plumbing around 9am. By 11:00am, John had returned my call, and by 2:00pm, my problem was fixed. John and his apprentice were professional, polite, straight forward, explained everything, and responded to my concerns. Easy to work with. I've added his number to my contacts.
