I don't normally post reviews but felt like these guys deserved it. The house was ready but the builder's post construction cleaning sucked. I made some calls and received some quotes for the post construction cleaning service and Brazclean seemed professional and trustworthy, so I decided to go with them. Luckily, I made the right decision considering the short notice and time I had. They sent in 4 people plus a supervisor and they had the job done faster and better than we had asked for. We are very happy with the service and will surely use them again.

They made us sign a contract and didn't do most of anything they were supposed to. The guy in charge hardly called us back and the cleaners "apparently" didn't know about the contract. Won't give us our money back for the jobs that weren't done. I do not recommend, was not worth the money at all. Maybe if it's a new house with no furniture they might have an idea what to do but horrible experience and the guy in charge or taking the calls just collects the money and doesn't ensure proper job being done. Very VERY unsatisfied with the service and communication on all parts.
