I have no idea how this company ( is it a company or just a couple of girls who clean homes when they feel like it??) stays in business. Big problems with scheduling.....was told a specific time only for them to show up an hour early. Was asked very politely to come back at the time specified and was informed that they were returning to their office and would have someone call us.Shortly after they left my husband received a call from Deborah who proceeded to tell my husband that the girls who had shown up told her that my husband had said certain things to them .... NOT TRUE.... I was there and overhead the entire exchange. I called Deborah this morning and clearly this is NOT the type of business that I would use. Her choice of sending the workers home instead of fulfilling their obligation and ultimately make money makes absolutely no business sense... you're not getting back at me .. you're losing money.... seriously, not the brightest move. I am more than happy to give someone else my money for the job.... apparently you don't need it????

Hired this company and had high hopes however was very disappointed. Their prices are WAY too high and they were very obscure about their prices during the initial consult which resulted in me paying double what I had lead to believe I'd be paying. When asking about the pricing afterwards, I was told the prices were on their paperwork, which I did not receive until their first visit (I wasn't home and they knew I wouldn't be). I was also told the person who did the initial consult would be the one coming into my home to do the work, which also was not true. The young lady who did come did an ok job - but definitely not for the money being asked for. Baseboards were left dusty, the fridge cleaning was horrible and the floors were left un-mopped in certain areas which were very obviously dirty. I absolutely would not recommend this service to anyone. Response to owner's response: 1. NO paperwork was left with me during the consult. It was given to my elderly aunt during the first cleaning, which was NOT done by the person who said they'd be doing it. 2. The prices quoted were NOT clear at all. I would never agree to pay over $200/month for a small area. 3. I did complain about the work done and have received no resolutions, however since you offer a guarantee, I'd be willing to receive a refund as I had to hire another company to wash my floors which were left dirty.

My parents hired this company to clean their house before my mother had surgery. The manager, Deborah, talked the company up and really led them to believe that they were a fantastic company and very thorough. They arranged a time and price, which was very high. They provided a list of all the tasks they covered during a clean and missed at least half of the things on list. Was very disappointed with this service. When my parents called to complain and say they would not be using this service again, the manager simply apologized as if she knew they had not lived up to the claim. No discount offered. Poor performance and service. Would definitely NOT recommend this company.

What a pleasure to walk through the house and see gleaming floors , counter tops , furniture , and , a special touch from the girls in placing a chair , an ornament in a way only a woman can do . Best maid service in town. Deborah is very professional and great to work with for my busy schedule, offers competitive rates and has some.great employees. Definately rebooking.

I debated about leaving a review because I was not satisfied with my initial clean either as the cleaners did a superficial clean without moving the couch or wiping down the surfaces they said they would. I will however give credit where it’s due; I sent pictures to Deborah and she personally showed up with the cleaners the next day to ensure the job was done as I paid for and the house was IMMACULATE after they left. It disappoints me to read the other reviews because I was going to chalk it up to a bad day, and credit the integrity and dedication to providing excellent customer service. I gave 3 stars instead of 4 because of the other experiences similar to mine on here. I do believe that Deborah cares and is passionate about her business but maybe she needs to find staff that care as much as she does. Like I said she fulfilled her promises when I wasn’t happy and that speaks volumes about her integrity. I truly hope things turn around for them in the future.

My mom is having great difficulty keeping up with her housekeeping chores due to health issues and I live out of town. We had tired other cleaning ladies who were recommended by others in mom’s building, but they didn’t work out. You never knew when they would show up and mom’s compliant was that they really didn’t want to clean anything as much as they wanted to sit with her and chat. So, we decided to shop around and hire a service to clean my mom’s apartment. I found Merry Maids. My initial call was with the owner and unfortunately, her name escapes me, but she was wonderful to deal with! This lady made an appointment right away to come out to see my mother at her home and gave her a quote. Since then, I have been dealing with Deborah in the office who schedules a lady by the name of Kaila, for mom’s cleaning. My mother cannot say enough kind words about Kaila. Mom has never seen a lady who can keep up with a fun filled conversation while she is cleaning, but she does it and she does it well. Mom is so pleased with Kaila, she says she is a nice lady and she works hard! I know when hiring a service to come into your home that you must find a good fit. Merry Maids, Kaila and Deborah have all been a great fit for us! When you live out of town and you rely on a service, it’s nice and extremely comforting to know that my mom’s needs are being looked after with kindness and respect.
