An appointment was booked for December 2, at 9:00 am. The appointment was booked with Francis Tenant directly. We came back from Ottawa to meet the appointment on December 2, 2020. He did not show, did not return calls and calling him went directly to voice mail. DEFINITELY do not recommend.

Great service and he had the equipment needed for our office. As well I lost the invoice and needed it 4 years later - he gave me a copy the next day! Very organized which obviously reflects in the attention to detail in the service provided. Thanks!
