Said they did my moms pool this year. Not only did the guy not do correctly he left lots of personal garbage and BROKE the pump but left a gate open. When she reminded him that she had a dog HE DID IT AGAIN. And worst of all she tried for days to reach the manager with msg after msg to val the secretary with no response. Thats horrible

I had a leak in my tub on 2 separate occasions and both times Dave and his staff's prompt service, had me back up in running on the same day of the service call. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly reccomend Splash Pool & Spa to anyone in need of products or service.
