Update: it's been country music for the last few months. Still a decent place to do your laundry but I stopped using the last place too because I couldn't stand the every day country music. ----- Pretty clean, staff is nice, lots of machines.

The only place I have and will do my laundry in Peterborough. Extremely friendly staff and very clean. When I go in there, I always see someone sanitizing, the washers and dryers are always clean, the staff is always willing to answer your questions and are right there if you need help with anything. I've never met a rude person in this laundry mat and everyone who comes in seems to be so friendly! 110% recommend

Closes EARLY while there is clothes in the dryer and will NOT answer the phone. My child made a mess of his blanket now i dont have a blanket because this place closed EARLY!? THANKS

Stop at 1 turned around and walked out. Stayed at this one though clean lots of machines. Dont expect to get change for a toonie though change machine thinks it's a loonie

I took my leather/suede coat in with a small mark on it. The woman working stated they would be able to get the mark out no problem. She said it would take 1-2 weeks and someone would call as soon as it came in. After almost 3 weeks I called and my coat was there. When I picked it up the owner was there. He did not tell me the mark had not come out. When I got home I noticed the mark was still there, there are other marks on the coat that weren’t there before and the suede is a darker colour than previously. When I returned I the owner argued with me that the marks were from wear, that the colour had not changed, stated it came back with a sticker indicating there was a problem cleaning it but had not told me about that when I picked the coat up and charged me full price. He said there was nothing he could do except send it back again. I didn’t want to do that since that is where it got damaged. No apology or refund of my $68.00 offered by the owner.

This is the only laundry matt I ever go to. I live next door to one, have been to several all over town, this place is by far the best. Friendly staff, owner is great, and very reasonably priced. Always clean too, which is great

Went there for first time and asked the attendant about changing machine, instead of answering my question he asked me a stupid question like a very unprofessional guy. Sheet… I went to another one and will never go to this laundry. Good behaviour is the most important factor for a business…this guy doesn’t know..

Apparently if you bring in wash & fold laundry that is more then they want, you get refused. It's a laundromat and you refuse laundry.

It's attached to a weird store owner?? Don't even think about asking him/her for change. It was a Asian guy wearing pink lipstick that I asked for change and all's he/she could do was shake head no. Change dispenser was busted
