They were here withing a few hours when my air conditioning broke down during this summer's heat wave, and when I needed a vent altered for inspection, they were there first thing the next morning so my remodeling project wasn't held up. We were pricing furnaces and received a quote of around $12,000. for furnace & A/C from one of the big chains. Deeth & White came to price, and suggested since the current A/C was working fine, no need to replace it yet, and suggested a more basic high efficiency Lennox furnace considering the size of our house. Ended up around $4k, and it was installed without issue.

I had a rattle vibration and whining noise in my furnace. I had my regular repair co. come to take a look at the problems, tightened some screws and flagged a motor as future problems. I called D & W to take a second look and they replaced the primary and secondary motors on warrantee, which ran out two weeks after l had the original company look at problems. Very prompt and experienced technicians.
