Such an absolute delight having found this man. Having blown our hot water tank on a Saturday. We had problems reaching anyone at all to help us. Richard Wakefield answered his telephone, arranged everything. Sent us a quote to my email we accepted and sent through the deposit. Next day Sunday he arrived as stated he would. He did the work and very neatly so. He left us with an all new hot water tankard hot running water. Later he sent us the final bill to my email, I paid, not a problem at all.
