This Laundromat was open on a Holiday very convenient However most machines had Out of Order Stickers on them and there were no prices posted on the machines so I had to figure it out for myself. Duh

The service is convenient.. The owner is very clear on the machine status, really appreciate that... The machine itself are good and clothes came out clean.. took about 40 mins each for washing and drying a medium load.. Only problem was I became confused with the coin dispensing machine which said that it works and doesn't work at the same time.. Probably should fix that or write a clear message as done on the machines.. other than that, perfect..

It's a great place but the staff needs to clean the bathroom more regularly because I'm leaving this review while stuck in the bathroom with no toilet paper and my husband has gone to buy me some.....

Clean, well lit, only complaint is that half the machines are broken, so the machines that do work are always full and you have to wait. Otherwise nice place, even had a washroom.

Nothing but a dump, someone drove their car threw the front window, people smoke into the laundry mat despite the laws, the ceiling is caving in and half the machines only work half of the time correctly. If the machine breaks down expect management to blame you for their incompetence. Over priced and definitely not worth wasting your time. Plus laundry comes out smelling worse.

Frustrating thing is theres no bathroom,, they had one but it was probably abused, the closest one is julius and they dont let u use it unless I buy something, so not a place for kids or pregnant woman, Love the price, as long as dryers arent overloaded everything's great.

Normally we wouldn't have any complaints as everything is pretty much self reliant here. However the last time we tried to use the facility we were greeted by a lady we had never seen before. It was 4:23 on a Sunday, not knowing last load was at 4:30 we proceeded to try and enter the establishment to be yelled at and turned around immediately. The "lady" in the most discusting tone while still yelling at us 5 ft away, told us last load was at 4:30 (which it wasn't yet) and there was another laundry mat downtown. . Her attitude was discusting. If last load is at 430, it should be 430 not any sooner. Not sure why you'd want to direct customers to another establishment when yours is technically still open.

Normally dont have an issue with this laundromat, being the only real one in town....but I certainly wasn't impressed having to wait almost 15 minutes in the rain for the employee to finally show up late to open the store. Nope, not impressed at all.

Very friendly, attentive staff. Lots of washers and dryers, so no waiting. Coin and bill changing machines, and staff assist as needed with the coinage. A nice surprise for seasonal guests!

I wish they would spend money on fixing their machines instead of radio ads. I had to put duct tape on a dryer to keep the door shut. Absolutely ridiculous.

We use their wash and fold service to clean sheets for our rental service. They do a very good job. Everything is very neatly folded and sorted. Their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Great prices, make sure to bring correct change as the machine has been broken for 2 years. $2.50 pet load 2 loonies and 2 quarters. Good value for money ????.

Shower up Sunday night to do laundry. Machines are coin operated...which is fine. But the change machine had a sign taped to it reading, "does not work" and there was no employee around to make any change. Not fine. Came and left with my dirty laundry.

The location was very clean and not too busy. Unfortunately when I arrived there was no attendant and the change machine was out of order so that was inconvenient.. but he was there later and was doing a great job keeping the place tidy and sanitized. He was very friendly and they have amazing hours!!

This facility has deteriorated over the past 5 years. The flooring is filthy. Over half the machines are out of order with every visit to the facility. We have approached the owner with our concerns. His response was people were purposely ruining the machines so he is not motivated to repair them.

This is a nice laundromat with reasonable prices. There are a variety of washers and dryers of different sizes. Bring cash as there is a change machine however no electronic payment options.

Travellers beware. Shockingly filthy place with mostly broken washers. Avoid if at all possible. Better to wash your stuff on a rock in the lake.

Nice staff, washer was clean, dryer door held together with duct tape, floor was a disgusting and soaked carpet (don't put your hamper down!) Dryer worked fast. No hand sanitizer, bring your own! Busy at noon. 50% of machines out of service.

Very clean but not very large. 8 or so washers and 5 or 6 dryers. All take either $1.00 or $0.25 coins. Great if it's dead but when busy it's a bit of a struggle. The machines are very good for the price.

Incredibly clean, everything has been wiped down. The attendant was fantastic so helpful and knowledgable on the area. What a pleasant Surprise, absolutely I will go back there again and again year after year. Pay that woman extra money to keep her there she is a terrific spokeswoman for the town of Parry sound. Half of the machines are broken, and have been for months. Some machines are more expensive than other, but dont do a better job or take more laundry. Machines smell very musty like they havent been cleaned in a while and often leave soap scum on clothes. If there was ANY other laundromat in Montague we would use it. 1 Star.

Very clean, lots of washers and dryers to choose from. The attendant was extremely friendly and helpful to anyone who needed it. We used the industrial size washer & dryer to wash 2 loads and we were finished (including time to fold) in 90 minutes! $8 for wash $2 for the dry (30 minutes). Regular washers were $4 for a wash. Highly recommended.

Can you please fix the washers and dryers? Literally half of them are out of service. It looks really bad for business. I hate going there. If you don't care because you have no competition maybe I'll start my own business and push you out.

Clean and well kept. The washroom is locked to keep out rif raff but there is a number on the wall you can call to ask for admission. No sink to wash your hands after putting dirty clothes in. Has golding tables. Machines work well. $2.50 wash, $2.50 dry. Change machine present but takes 5's and 10's and doesn't give the right ratio of quarters and dollars.
