They took all the time I needed to feel comfortable to use the machine they were lending me. They went out of their way to hold on to the machine I requested when other people were coming in and would have had it for a longer period of time then my short rental. Along with the fact that they helped load it into my vehicle this was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had

i have rented form these guys multiple times, most of the experience has been good but when we rented a mini excavator from them in the fall, the driver picking up the equipment was extremely rude. The machine was a bit dirty when we returned it as there was NO way of washing it on site as there was no water or means of cleaning it. we scrapped as much off as we could and expected to pay a cleaning charge which would have been expected under the circumstances.

Went to see my son's great, great uncle-87 years young in Wasauksing from Toronto. Wanted to rent a ride around lawn mower to clear cut on FridayAugust 6, 2021. I called at twice, both times I was told to talk to Steven, which I did, once. The 2nd time I called I asked for a call back. No call back to this day. I encouraged my uncle to buy his own. Needless to say he did.
