This is the second time we use their service and we have found that they take care of the little things that are often forgotten by other companies that we have used. We also appreciate that their staff wear masks when cleaning, use their own cleaning products and equipment.

I was able to get an appointment for the time I needed even though I called the day before. A team of two was able to complete in 2 hours what would have taken all day for me to do AND they did a better job. My house hasn’t been this clean in years! I’m looking forward to using this service on a bi-weekly basis going forward because I’m excited about what else they can do. First the house...next visit the fridge. 100% recommend.

Great Company! I have a dog and cat as well and lots of dog hair. They are pet friendly and always super nice. They are accommodating to changes and reply very fast. Had a great experience with UrbanMop. I received a call when my cleaner arrived (I live in an apartment building) and he had all the equipment needed with him. I left the apartment during the cleaning and was very impressed when I returned! Everything that I expected to be cleaned was spotless, but they also got into nooks and corners that I expected to be skipped on a first time cleaning. Small ledges that collect difficult dust and areas that my cat frequents were finally clean after I had challenges cleaning them previously. Even my dish rack was clean! Also, whoever is running customer service/logistics is so good that I genuinely thought their voice was automated for a moment lol! Overall, a very honest and impressive company. Really delighted by the work done for the cost.
