I must say this was my first time having a cleaning service in my home and I was not disappointed at all. They were on time with all they're tools and quipment ready to go. They were fast and very efficient.They did not only clean but they also organized removed clutter and created much needed space. My family was very pleased to come home to a brand new apartment. It literally looked like a make over wish I had before and after pictures to show. I definitely would recommend this cleaning company because they value their customers and provide quality service.

My partner and I needed our two-storey house cleaned well and on somewhat short notice. We needed the place free of the cat hair that had gotten everywhere. Charlotte and her team were quick to reply and provided a very reasonable quote for the service. We were not available at the time of cleaning, so we left instructions for entry to the home. The job was done well, quickly, and Charlotte's correspondence left us feeling that the job was in more than capable hands. Payment was done via e-transfer, as we weren't comfortable exchanging cash. We were more than satisfied with the job. We will be using Unique Cleaning Company again. Thank you Charlotte!

Wow, unique is true to their name! We had Lule and Claudia for our first clean today and we were so impressed. They did an amazing job! Very thorough in their cleaning and hard working women. The appart that we purchase was left in a very discussing way, everything thing needed to be cleaned, The walls,doors, baseboard, washrooms appliances, windows etc… The appart when Alysha finished look amazing. I truly will recommend using this company going forward and the price was awesome as well could not ask for better if I could rate this company and employee it would have been more then a fives stars ⭐️ thanks so much for cleaning out appartement now we are ready to move in ????

I can highly recommend Unique Cleaning Company. She is professional and courteous. She arrived promptly and clean everything spotlessly. The cleaning routine is suitable for my family's schedule and our budget. She takes care of all the details and leaves the house shinning and bright every time. EDIT: Don't pay any attention to the owners response to this review...they had ample opportunity to fix things but didn't and are only posting such a response to make themselves look good. It has been several months since I stopped using this service and am using another one and OH MY GOD ...THE CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE NOW IS SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE. So save your money guys ...there are really good cleaning services out there but sadly this isn't one of them. _________________________ INITIAL REVIEW: I didn't plan to say anything at first but I've decided I need to let people know. The experience I had with this company was TERRIBLE ....but even so I still tried to make it work for awhile until I just couldn't anymore. Everything was going really well at the start...but it didn't take long to go very downhill... At one point it stopped being about the service and it became only about the money ....even though I was a loyal and regular customer and had been with the company since the early stages it became VERY clear that they didn't care about my business or me as a customer, and here are just some examples why: 1. They raised their prices for cleaning my airbnb WITH ALMOST NO WARNING and all I had asked was if they could honor the original price for any of the customers I had already booked at their original price....NOPE...absolutely not....even though many times I had tipped them and even once paid them double for their hard work....they didn't care. 2. They often could only come when I wasn't home so i would give them the code to let themselves in ...but when it came time for them to leave I sometimes wouldn't have a chance to send the money INSTANTLY because I was busy at work and would send it an hour or so later ....even though I NEVER failed to pay them they were very rude to me about it and then demanded i always pay them at an earlier time even if that meant they hadnt even finished yet... 3. One time a customer was staying at the airbnb and they were still staying there when I asked them to come clean the unit....because they were still living there they tried to charge me an extra 80 dollars even though it was less work than usual ( because they didn't need to do the laundry or change the sheets or towels or anything!) 4. They broke a mirror once and got mad when I asked then to compensate me for it ... 5. One time they tried to charge me a cancelation fee even though I never gave them a hard time when they had to cancel or reschedule... There were so many other issues but those ones really stood out the most... But the final straw for me was when I had just finished filling my plants glass water balls RIGHT Before they arrived and when they left one went missing ...and I then found it in the garbage..NO ONE ELSE HAD BEEN IN THE ROOM...but they still REFUSED to accept any responsibility.....completely unprofessional and unpleasant... All in all I strongly suggest you avoid this company...I ended up finding another company that has been fantastic and much cheaper!! For the prices this company charges you'd think they would treat their clients well but sadly not...I had treated them like family (bought them gifts for chrismas etc....) but to them I was nothing...

Shout out to Unique Cleaning Company for their quick response and excellent cleaning service. I was trying to find cleaners from last week who could accommodate me for yesterday as it was quite urgent. Scrolling through this page, I encountered their post and website. I had put up an enquiry at 10:30 pm via website on Friday and at 10:35pm got a call back from the manager. She was able to accommodate my urgent cleaning request for next day, of which I had a very slim hope. She went above and beyond to help understand the job and the urgency. The cleaning ladies, Claudia and Lule, arrived next day and did an amazingly thorough job. Their price was also very reasonable considering I was calling them at short notice. I highly recommend this company. Thank you once again to Team at Unique Cleaning Company.

I was very happy to have heard of this cleaning company through a local moms groups. Over the years I had different cleaning companies at my house and Charlotte and her daughter have been cleaning for me for over 2 years. None of the cleaning companies has come close to the attention to detail like Charlotte. My house would be "just ok" but not great. It been over 2 years have Charlotte and Simonia take care of my home. I also have pets and a toddler, so my house needed a really good scrub.
