I had a bit of a unique case. I had booked a cleaning company to clean my place, as I was moving out. They dident show up and dident even call. As I looked for another company, I stumbled upon Tina's Cleaning Company. Best decision ever! They were able to accommodate us THE SAME DAY. They dident settle for an average job - they went above and beyond and have very high standards. They were very easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with the progress. The finished job was so great, three neighbours asked for cards and if they could schedule them to clean their place. Definitely reccomend.

Being first time home owners, we wanted our house to be crystal clean before the move in and we contacted Tina based on the glowing reviews we saw. She most definitely did not disappoint! She cleaned every nook and crany of our home and left it sparkling. She was kind and very approachable from the beginning. Her associate, Eduardo, was so helpful and informative as to what products we can buy to help keep the place clean. They worked for hours on our home and made it look amazing. We cannot sing her praises enough and the price was more than fair for the work. If you are thinking of getting someone to clean for you, stop contemplating and just go for it. Tina most certainly will not disappoint!

There is construction happening all aroud my house and the dust is maddening. When I hired Tina's cleaning company, I was expecting a superficial cleaning of high use areas, and I would have been happy with that. I was blown away by how THOROUGH the cleaners were! They got behind furniture, and even dusted my walls in the hard to reach area above my stairs! It is very clear they hold themselves to a very high standard. They went above and beyond and I am so happy with how clean my house is ☺

We had a wonderful experience with Tina’s cleaning Company. Tina came within two hours of me calling to do an estimate of the job. She quoted me 4 hours, and Eduardo came and cleaned later that day. They were the only company able to come the same day, and charged half the price of Merry Maids or other big companies. Eduardo managed to finish the job in 3.5, which was a miracle. The house we needed cleaned was filthy because someone had just moved out after living there for 60 odd years. I will most definitely use Tina’s cleaning again!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Bait and Switch Pricing and False Advertising! This company and it's owner(s) use dishonest pricing to secure your business. Upfront, the owner quotes you a bi-weekly rate along with the number of hours required to clean your home (two persons cleaning, customer supplies materials). The owner initially invoices you the quoted and agreed upon rate for the actual amount of time spent cleaning (and encourages you to provide a positive review). However, after awhile, the owner reduces the amount of time actually spent cleaning your home BUT continues to invoice you based on the original rate and time quoted. The result, invoices improperly state quantity of services rendered and some areas of your home are left uncleaned. For example, invoices claim 5 hours of cleaning even though only 4.00-4.5 hours of cleaning were actually performed. The long and short of it: The customer gets billed for time the cleaners aren't even at the home! Buyer beware, this company advertises teaser rates on the web that they don't intend to honour.
