I had scheduled an appointment to get stairs carpet cleaned on Tuesday at 10:30am, on Tuesday morning an hour before the appointment Spencer told me he was double booked and if we could do Thursday at 10:30am instead. I was a little annoyed, but was fine with that. It's now Thursday at 11:00am, and Spencer has not shown up for our 10:30 appointment and he has not emailed or bothered to call either despite me leaving a voicemail and trying to reach out to him to figure out if they are going to show up at all. I'm very disappointed that I had to push off my work twice for this and didn't even get the courtesy of them showing up or calling. I feel like they wasted my time.

Spencer and his team did a great job drying out the flood in our basement early this morning! Called them at approximately 5am and explained what had happened. His team arrived fully equipped and ready to work within the hour. Needless to say I highly recommend calling K1 for any emergency services needed!

I called to get a quote for them to fix a small water damage patch on my ceiling from a toilet that leaked and install and replace the two bathroom fans in my upstairs bathrooms. They quoted me $240 plus tax and materials when Andrew showed up he said it would be another $450 above what was quoted to install the two bathroom fans. Andrew was supposed to be here at 10:30 am Tuesday morning but was a no-show so I contacted the company they said he’d be here by 12 then he texted me at 12 said he was running late and would be there by 2 and finally showed up around 3 o’clock that afternoon. I did not get the bathroom fans done because the quote from 240 to almost $700 was a joke as completely unacceptable but I figured I’d still get the small ceiling patch done. He started it that day said he’ll be back the next day to finish the job on Wednesday he was a no-show so I contacted them he said he be there Thursday was still a no-show so I contacted the company and asked for a different person to come do the work and they guaranteed me he’d be there Saturday morning at 9:30 am and big surprise he did not show so I texted him and he said sorry he’s running late and would be there at 10:15 didn’t show up till almost 11 very unprofessional. This company is very unreliable does not show up on time or is a complete no show plus what they quoted was not even close to what they wanted to charge for the job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I had an appt this morning at 10am with Spencer which was confirmed over two weeks ago. It is now 8:35pm and I have yet to hear from Spencer with an explanation as to why he didn’t show up this morning. I emailed and called the number online and no response. This is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve seen some similar posts to mine of Spencer not showing up and not even bothering to respond so I find it hard to believe they have a such a high rating. I should have known better since his response time in booking the appt was days later but I took a chance regardless. I’d suggest booking elsewhere.

Hired this company to clean carpets in my new home. They were very professional and helpful. They did show up 30 minutes late but I was still more than satisfied with the service I received.

We contacted K1 on May 25 to patch a ceiling where leak happened. They were very responsive in the beginning and gave us an acceptable quote and came in to start the work. Andrew came in twice for 10 minutes and applied a coating that needed to dry before going to the next step. The next scheduled appointment, Andrew was a no-show and we contacted Spencer and had another schedule set up. We rescheduled 4 times and each time Andrew was either a no-show or could not make it. We contacted Spencer the last time about finishing the job and he said he would get back to us. We sent multiple follow-up emails with our final email stating that we consider this a job abandonment and for them to come and pick up the tools they left behind. Till date we haven't received a response. I would not consider them for future services because despite claiming customer satisfaction is important, their actions speak otherwise.

Spencer did a very good job and I was very pleased, now for the second year, to have him up to do our indoor-outdoor job. He is super friendly and communicated well during emailing. Some of our screens which had removed and washed were tricky to put back in which he did cheerfully. I was hoping he would do a walk around the place to make sure each window was done; I had to point out a couple that they missed. Overall, I would totally recommend Spencer: nice guy, good price and good work.

Spencer did a great job cleaning our carpets! He was punctual and on time... left us with shoe covers so we could walk on the carpets while they dry. Our initial phone call was great. Spencer answered all of my questions and walked me through the steps! I needed the carpets cleaned on a very short notice due to my tenant leaving the house a disaster.
