I hired them to clean my whole house except my bathrooms, shampoo the carpet, clean the interior windows. clean the floors and detailed general housekeeping for the rest of the house. They cleaned the windows vacuumed and shampoo the area rugs. The floor was very streaky and I can see dirt on the floors. it was one of those microfiber mops with a spray and though I cleaned the house as we have been painting the whole house. But the floors did not look clean and I am not sure how clean carpet are as it was not a full shampoo. But most of all the mirrors were not done and the furniture were not dusted at all. So the house still looked very dusty. Detail general housecleaning such as dusting and wiping light switches, cleaning the back splash in the kitchen, or wiping the cupboards front including under the island. There was a foam excercise mat on the floor on the basement that was not vacuumed or cleaned. Very disappointed at the work and the price was very high for what was done.

I must admit I was quite impressed with Clean Town Ottawa. I asked them very last minute to clean my house and they were able to help me out with very short notice. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they took a while to clean my house. But I mean, I can’t really complain because they left the house looking spotless. I would definitely recommend them.
