I had Ron in this afternoon to clean our oven and stair carpets. Despite less than ideal circumstances (our movers were running behind) he was very understanding and did an excellent job cleaning! Setting up the appointment online was fast and easy. If we weren’t moving out of town, I would definitely contact this company again!

You get what you pay for. A lot of cleaning people/services I have used in the past have been less expensive, but there were always a few things that I noticed were missed after they left. Nothing huge - maybe a cobweb here, and spot of dust there. But, enough to trigger my OCD. This was my first experience with Bertina. The road to get here seemed long, since the first appointment was booked before lockdowns happened. We tried our best to stay on top of things, so that when this day did come, it wouldn't be too bad for the crew to tackle. Excellent communication before and after the fact. Professional staff that respected our wishes and treated our home as if it was there own. It feels GREAT to have a clean house again. Value for the price they charge is more than fair, and considering that they do a proper job, a LOT better than the cheaper services I've used in the past. THANK YOU BERTINA!

The 1st time they came my home was cleaned well, Although they left lights on in the basement, which I could not put out because I'm in a wheelchair. I had to call them back and also to redo the bathroom floor. The 2nd time they spent less time and left several things undone. When I did try to contact them they did not respond. Even though, they declare on their website that their work is guaranteed, they do not seem to have the commitment to it.

I highly recommend this company, we had quick and professional service! We needed to get the house we were selling cleaned up and Bertina had the house, carpets, windows, floors etc all done within 2 days! We sold the house about a week later, after being on the market for months!

We have Bertina clean our home every 2 weeks. It is so wonderful to come back into our clean-smelling home with everything sparkling and clean. They do a very detailed cleaning, we've never had an issue with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, family-oriented cleaning service. Bertina Cleaning does a great job cleaning houses and offices. They're usually in and out within a couple of hours depending on the size of home, and the quality of cleaning is better than most cleaning companies. In particular, I've noticed they actually move and clean under furniture, appliances, and other clutter, rather than just cleaning around it like some cleaning companies do. Also, the kitchen and bathrooms look fantastic every time. I highly recommend them if you need your house or office cleaned. They also clean carpets!
