I was very unsatisfied with my experience with ATC Cleaning. It is my opinion that Alain (the owner) does not provide an effective cleaning service and is not responsive to emails, making coordinating schedules very challenging. Following the 'clean' that Alain provided for $120, there were the following issues: - The bed was left unmade - There were dirty dishes left in the living room and on the counter - There were crumbs left on the coffee table Despite these problems I was willing to commit to regular cleaning because of the annoyance of arranging with new cleaners and I assumed these would be easy enough concerns to address. However, Alain never returned my emails. After three follow-up emails Alain made it clear that our requests were inappropriate and that we should find another cleaner; he wrote the following: "...in my opinion we went beyond what would normally be expected...I strongly suggest you contact another cleaning company that may be able to satisfy your demands better." To summarize, if you value thorough cleaning and ease of scheduling, I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND ATC Cleaning.

Alain and his team were fantastic. Dealing with cleaning my house always messy due to the dogs, the cat, my young child and two busy adults must not have been easy, but they always went above and beyond. After dealing with some not so great, or not so reliable cleaners, ATC was a refreshing change. We've been with ATC for a year now and have been very happy with the service. They listened to and acted on our feedback after the first few cleanings to iron out some particulars and since then it's been on auto-pilot. Love coming home to a clean house and it's always very well done. With two young kids and a cat in the house, that's no small feat. Al has always been responsive to emails in the few times we've needed to reschedule. Highly recommended.

I have always been a cleanliness freak and spent hours keeping my house the cleanest house in the block. But ever since I had my baby, life turned upside down. Keeping the house clean took a back seat and that stressed me the most. ATC Cleaning was absolutely fantastic. Their move-in cleaning service was amazing, and so fast I couldn't believe it. In two hours only, three people cleaned our entire two-story townhouse, down to every closet, cupboard and appliance. The price was incredible, and they were very kind and friendly. 3,000 sq foot home rented for 4 years, what a horrible smelly mess. I called in ATC House cleaning, they gave me an estimate of the cost to clean the whole 3,000 sq ft home and the finished basement. They cleaned everything from floor to ceilings and everything in between. The transformation was incredible! Great price awesome results, friendly crew!!

We've been with ATC Cleaning for at least five years, and we've been very happy with their service all along! Sure, problems may arise from time to time, but Alain, the owner, is always pleasant and easy to deal with, and he does care. To us, that is what really matters. We dealt with two other cleaning companies before them and are happy to say that we made the right decision in sticking with ATC. Alain and his staff have been terrific to deal with. My wife and I were very frustrated with trying to manage the cleaning and spending time with our 2 children. We had the budget to hire a cleaning service and after a couple off the wall quotes, stumbled upon ATC. They are extremely reasonable price wise and my wife and I do not regret our decision at all. They have been spectacularly cleaning our house for around 3 years now and we have all kinds of time to spend with the children on the weekends now. I promise you will not regret hiring ATC for your cleaning requirements. They are top notch and extremely professional. Hiring them is one of the best decisions my wife and I have made. A+

ATC is a wonderful company. My girlfriend and I had booked their move-in cleaning services when we moved into our previous house, and we were absolutely satisfied. They work well, quickly, and are very accommodating. They cleaned our new home just as thoroughly, and even adjusted their price once they realized our oven didn’t need further cleaning. We will be booking them again! Highly recommended.

If you care about dust, don't hire ATC! The rest of the experience wasn't that great either. I had never used a cleaning service before but had been thinking of trying one, so when I received a gift of a Groupon worth 3.5 hours of ATC cleaning it seemed like a great chance to try them out. I was not impressed. I would not recommend them. The irritations started as soon as I phoned to set up a time. Though the call was otherwise pleasant and professional, I was informed that the Groupon did not include HST and I would have to pay that separately. This was not mentioned anywhere on the Groupon and is especially disappointing for anyone receiving or giving the Groupon as a gift. It did not make for a good first impression. Then the cleaner (I didn't get his name) showed up half an hour before the scheduled time. Good thing I was home! Messed up my own schedule though. I was told both on the phone and by the cleaner that I could set my own priorities for use of the cleaning time. I said several times that my priorities were certain dusty areas. I expected them to take a long time and was quite willing to use the entire allotted time on them if necessary; I did not care whether the rest of the house was finished or not. I was extremely disappointed with the dusting job. The cleaner shuffled objects around on flat surfaces to dust the surfaces, but left the objects themselves caked in dust! (Seriously? What's the point in hiring a cleaner if he won't dust the lamp and the knickknacks along with the shelf and the table?) Some of the surfaces were not done completely either. The lack of attention to the dusting left more time for other jobs such as bathroom cleaning and vacuuming. Two of my three bathrooms, which were reasonably clean to begin with, came out OK. In the third and dirtiest one, the bathtub was not completely clean and the spout was left with soap scum on the front and water sitting on top of it. Vacuuming was thorough in the sense that he moved some lightweight furniture to vacuum around it - but then he didn't even attempt to put the furniture back where it had been.

Second appointment didn't show and when I called was advised my cleaner would be on holiday that date so it would be one week later. The week later my cleaner came with a trainee as she was injured and pending surgery. I called prior to next date to confirm appointment and was told the new person found another job and my original cleaner would be coming with another trainee. The appointment was for 8a.m. as usual and at 8:25 I called the company for a no show and was told someone else got hurt so my cleaner was going to help out in that situation and was going to call me to tell me she would be a "little" late. When I asked how much was a little, I was told 11 a.m. and I had an appointment at 1 p.m. so that really wouldn't work. I am aware that filling jobs,at this time, can be very difficult, but felt I wasn't being kept in the loop on all circumstances and consider it very poor customer service. I cancelled my service and will try another BBB approved company.

I hate cleaning so I decided to hire some professional help. I went with ATC Cleaning, and I'm happy I did. They were extremely efficient and professional. My house was way cleaner than I thought it would be since other companies I used were never as good. Initially I thought their prices were good but after I saw how clean my house was, their prices are simply excellent. I'll be working with ATC cleaning on regular basis from now on.

I first used ATC's services through a Groupon promotion in December. They did everything they promised they would do during the consultation. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Alla and Ivan did a fantastic job! I have since used their services again, and was very happy. Alain was able to squeeze me in, despite short notice. I will continue to use ATC cleaning in the future!

I hired ATC to clean my new home prior to moving in our belongings, I was happy that I could select specific things to be cleaned, such as baseboards, Doors, appliances etc. It gave me confidence that they would be done and given adequate attention. I was surprised at the high cost, 15 hours of labour they said $790 for 2 floors apprx 1500 sq feet. They were here for longer than expected which was fine but when they left it was obvious entire rooms were missed. Baseboards were still dusty, toilets werent clean and the master shower was scuzzy and grimy. Initially I was not going to let them know about the issues as the movers were coming the next day, however I was extremely disappointed. In total there was 5 people cleaning my home and I believe there was zero plan of attack and basic things were missed. They came back the next day to rectify the issues, which wasnt convenient as movers were in my home also. My gift to myself for this home purchase was to have it professionally cleaned to alleviate stress and I now know I wasted a good chunk of money and will end up doing it all myself now. Sure there was one or two of the staff that seemed to care but others were just passing time. I would not recommend and I would never use them again. Also not professional to be in my home speaking of covid being a hoax….while cleaning so that I can prevent covid…..

I was introduced to ATC cleaning through the Children's Aid Society. As a mother of three and foster mother to two infants, I became overwhelmed by all the household cleaning demands, and needed help getting it done properly. ATC cleaners are so pleasant to work with. They are kind, courteous, and trustworthy. They easily work around our young children, and our pets. They work fast and efficiently without cutting corners. Most importantly, our washrooms and kitchen never look cleaner than when they've cleaned them! Not to mention all the dusting and floor cleaning! I am always pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone!

First a cleaning for $90.00 then 15% off the first 10 cleanings. I am still getting going through my 10 discounted cleanings but I will likely stay with them afterwards. I would recommend trying them out.

I have been dealing with ATC Cleaning for a number of years now. I have always been very pleased with the work that they have done in my home and with the customer service I have received from Alain. In my opinion, there are very few things nicer than walking into a freshly cleaned home at the end of the day. I hired ATC Cleaning Company to clean my house. The quoting process online was accurate and fast! Our house looks clean and smelled fresh when the cleaners left. The cleaners was very thorough and did not miss a spot at all! The cleaners did an amazing job, especially it was filthy to start with. All in all, it was a great service. The price was hard to beat compared to other companies. The communication was very reliable. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.
