Connecting with a Registered Nurse helped me understand the entire process, from hospital to home, which gave me incredible confidence and such invaluable knowledge/insight.... All the pieces of the puzzle were explained in great detail, reassuring me and being completely honest which took away the stress, allowing me instead to focus on my father vs the anxiety or overwhelm of his next steps.... It's truly the greatest feeling knowing your loved one is in the best care - I strongly recommend Happy at Home Support - they are different from the rest, it's not just a business, it's truly a passion of caring for others. Where to start… very rude and disrespectful team which starts at the top of the pyramid. I wish we never hired them to support my mom Susan. Clearly they are having struggles at finding qualified people. A business that is going downhill very quickly. What is even more shocking is to go to the extent of leaving themselves 5 star reviews and claim they have had a 5 start service for 15 years. Why would Rob Kloostra rate his own business. It only takes a min of meeting them to realise this is not a company you want to hire. Lack of proper leadership and management. Just a group of barely qualified nurses.

Sends untrained people to clients with mobility issues that have no idea how to help them so they just look at family to do it. Regularly missed scheduled days. When raising concerns that staff wasn't properly trained and I felt it was unsafe the owner called a number not normally use for contact for the client and left message it was abusive and was canceling there service Seeing as how you treat client concerns I can only assume why you can't find any actual trained staff

Things started out great was always consistent but, once you decided to stand up and voice ur concern's it went down hill after that. The owner will share personal information with others, when it’s not her way she will take things away from you or make u feel guilty until you give in to her demands. I truly feel bad for the clients who are affected by the poor choices bc of a power struggle from the office staff. They are very unprofessional and dishonest.

We were able to use Happy at Home to give our Mother a surprise of a completely clean home for her birthday! It was so great for us to be able to rely on them to do a great job and take care of all the areas that are beyond our mom's abilities.
