Talk about perfection! This company has everything so organized, from setting up the original appointment, reminders, and timing of arrival. We had two employees come to our newly built home and also to my spa Muskoka Aesthetics. They were very polite, knowledgeable and very meticulous. After packing up they did a walkthrough to make sure everything was spotless. They even vacuumed some dust that was around the dryer vent. Being a business owner myself I could tell these two enjoyed their job and worked well together. They spoke very polity and were very helpful towards one another working as a team. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an honest company who gets the job done and is so east to work with. Thank you again for making our home and business clean

Fantastic professional and reliable. We had ours done in the winter they were fantastic. Told us everything that they were going to do before they did it. They where efficient and personable too. The cost was a little higher than other places but it was worth it. My aunt recommened them as she had hers done a week before mine. Definitely use them again when the time comes

We recently moved and the first thing we wanted was our Ducts and Dryer Vent to be cleaned (I have horrible allergies). Right from the beginning of inquiring about the service they were amazing, Vicky was very detail oriented and helpful in setting up the service. The crew actually showed up early and were so kind and informative, I love knowing how things work and they seemed almost excited to educate me on what was going on. Best of all they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back to normal before they left. Highly recommend this company and Highly recommend getting your ducts cleaned, especially if you have never done it!

Georgian Duct Cleaning just finished cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. They did a great job and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They cleared a plug in my dryer vent that I wasn't aware was there. They were an hour late but did notify me of being behind schedule. Their idea of using a camera to show you the vents is simply taking pictures with their cell phones so don't expect anything fancy there. They did get some good before and after pictures, what a difference! Over all I would recommend their services.

Great service, even though we weren't ready. We had arranged for the service several weeks in advance, during the lead time our furnace quit. Georgian arrived while the furnace people were installing. We'll there wasn't enough room for 2 crews. And it was getting late. Georgian was able to switch crews and and bring another crew after the furnace people. Great service while thinking out if the box. Our home spotless afterwards.

The sister team came to our home and suggested they could come back when the furnace was completely instaled. They could have done their job but wanted to give us a more professional job with the new furnace installed completly. I appreciate a high standard of exccellance, which this team did when they arrived back to my home two days later. The job was completed and they respectfully rechecked that all the work was done and cleaned up. The price was modest when i think of the two trips they made to complete an excellant 3 hour job done well. . The employees where polite, curtious and considerate of covid protocal. Thank you to your team for a great experience! I was unsure what all was entailed and having 2 indoor pets and a young toddler, you managed to get the work done quickly (1 hour!) and accommodate the fact that we had to hide our cats in another room and move them when you needed to get access to the next room. The service is not accurately described on the website: Machine was not moved, vacuumed behind nor inside. Full charge was made for dryer vent cleaning when there was a gap in the vent ducting , therefore how is it possible to perform a properly executed vacuuming of the entire line when it doesn't connect? End of vent was left disconnected. For what was completed, this was not value for money unfortunately! I did call the office to register my dissatisfaction and received a call from the technician, who was very nice, but could not answer my questions fully. If the full service was unable to be performed for whatever reason, the customer should be offered a return trip to finish the job, especially when full billing was made.

Georgian Duct cleaning is by far the best! Very responsive when I messaged them for information. Gave a solid quote. Explained exactly what was going to happen. They called ahead to confirm. Arrived on time and the cleaner was polite and informative. Started work right away and finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up and all was good. The house smelled wonderful with the scent they had put in the ducts. I would recommend them over and over and I will be using the service again!

Where do I start. They were called in to my house to do a duct cleaning because we had a blow back from our oil furnace and we were told we had to leave. They sent a few kids over to clean, and apparently they finished the whole job in a few hours. Thank god we had an inspector come in. They did a half ass job and delayed our return home. They had to send a supervisor to come finish the job. He showed up on a Friday morning and left Friday afternoon. Only one slight problem....he forgot to turn my furnace back on. I showed up Saturday to let the cleaners in and realized my house was 46 Fahrenheit. Just slightly above freeezing. Not sure what company in February “forgets” to turn someone’s furnace back on. Never mind the fact that it was a supervisor who was the idiot who forgot to turn it on. If you are brave enough to use these guys, hire an inspector after they are finished, and make sure you remind them to turn your furnace back on. I’d say from my experiended with them that a 1 Star review is being generous. Stay far away from their lazy staff and incompetent management.

These guys went above and beyond to clear a nest from within my dryer duct. They were punctual, friendly and charged what they quoted. They also gave me some great advice about a problem I had and even left me some of their spare ducting I needed to complete the repair after they had cleaned. I'd definitely use them again.
