Went here as heard they did dry cleaning. They were telling me about some new wet program and tried to charge more? So pay more to have them thrown in a washing machine? Sorry went up the street to Cotty's and had it dry cleaned

Very clean, friendly, afordable and professional. This new location is in a very safe area unlike their former front st. location. Their seamstress is absolutely amazing and love her work. I'll always come here if I need work on my clothes.

Thank you Fabricare for helping me catch up with HUGE Laundry Pile that just never seems to get smaller lol With being a working full time Mom with two small kids ( and a Husband) I can never keep up with the huge load of laundry! My Weekend consist of Laundry, Laundry & More Laundry so having all this extra time to hang out with my kids, or even having time for myself is honestly the best! I highly recommend there Pick up , Clean , Fold & Drop off service . It was actually fun putting the laundry away :) . For anyone who cant keep up with their Laundry like me call Fabricare ASAP .

My coat needed to be dry cleaned. They said $100 and I have to wait 4 weeks to get it back. They have to send garmets with un-attachable fur away to Toronto ???? fyi Gravenhurst (20min away) will do it same day, on-site, with ot without fur

I use the wash and fold service often. This company cares. In the winter I broke my ankle crossing the road after dropping off my laundry. I wassent to hospital by ambulance. When I had someone pick up my laundry days later the owner waived the fee for me because of the incident that happened across the road from their business. They were at no fault but still showed that they cared for their customers. I'll be a customer for life!!!!

Went into the store with what was a rush for me. The store was busy and Chris the young man behind the counter was extremely courteous and efficient with every customer.
