They kept masks on, put carpets on our floors, they removed our old furnace (took it away) and installed the new Lennox energy efficient one. Even though it was a long day for them (and had to deal with a tight crawl space) they were soft spoken and polite. Now our home is nice and cozy!! Thankyou

While I was thinking about what needs to be done, my wife invited a sales manager Mike from Comfort Masters and arranged the purchase and installation of a new furnace with very good instant financing program. After 18 hours, the new furnace was magically working in our basement. I was amazed at the speed and simplicity of this deal and at least $$$ cheaper from the best offer from other dealers around (I called everyone I found contacts on the Internet - I just wanted to check my wife)... We could not be more pleased with Comfort Masters Orillia! Our 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced so, after reading the reviews of the HVAC dealers in the area, I selected Comfort Masters in Orillia and called them last Friday for an appointment. They immediately set up an appointment for Sunday. Steve arrived on time and answered all of our many questions based on my extensive research of the top brands and models. He wanted to ensure that he was offering us the furnace we needed. There was no sales pressure. We purchased the Lennox system while he was there and he arranged to have it installed on Monday, the next day. Installers Steve and Dan arrived first thing in the morning with the new furnace, explained what they were going to do, covered the path to the basement, installed the new furnace, cleaned up completely, showed us what we needed to do to maintain it (minimal) and ensured that it still worked with our heat pump. In all cases, from the staff at Comfort Masters, to Steve in Marketing, to installers Steve and Dan: everyone was polite, personable, professional and proficient. We could not be more pleased.. For my new home, I hired Comfort Masters to supply and install a Mitsubishi cold climate heat pump, all ducting, an on demand hot water heater, and some other mechanical systems. They communicated clearly, were timely, and put service first. In any project like this, you expect there to be small hiccups. Comfort Masters worked hard to make sure that everything was looked after and was very diligent in following up promptly to address any of my concerns. Highly recommend them.

If the new Lennox works as well as the old York (35 years and still running fine, just terribly inefficient) we'll be very happy.

Called second time and technition came. Noted problems including wiring code fault but haven't heard from comfort masters since.

Spent an extra hour trying to repair thermostat. It was never repaired and it appeared to me that the serviceman did not know how to do this. He should have said so instead of charging me for an extra hour of service. Tried to sell me a new thermostat for over $1400 . We will not be using this service again. I will find another company. Tech Ryan W performed a much needed cleaning on our still working 13 year old Canadian made Napoleon Fireplace on November 5th. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the unit. When he finished he said the fireplace was in great shape and the only possible issue it may have in the future would be the pilot light system, because of its age. No pressure to purchase a new unit. Ryan was courteous and respectful of our wishes. I would recommend Ryan and Comfort Masters in a heartbeat, no questions asked!!

The Comfort Masters representative, Mark, was very thorough when sizing up the A/C unit that would best meet our needs. He did not try to up-sell us on a larger or more expensive model. He went through all the necessary steps in his assessment of what we required. The turn around time was greatly appreciated as it was about a week until installation. The installers, Paul and Mike were just terrific. Both were friendly, courteous and very experienced. When everything was completed, we were walked through the furnace room whereby the installation was fully explained to us. We were then shown how to operate the thermostat regarding adjusting the temperature. Finally, we were shown outside where the unit was installed and how to best protect it from the elements during the winter. We had five different estimates when looking for quotes. Comfort Masters was not the most expensive nor were they the least expensive. Many thanks to Mike, Paul and Mark.

This company is amazing, we had a 23 year old bulky furnace in a super tight space and a old water heater in the same tight space they got it all out and looks beautiful and had to run lines to a only 7 year central air in a crawl space and I had to prune the area and that was why it kept breaking down so to prune once a month to maintain and set up new thermostat with faulty wiring they were professional and courteous and all they would except was a monster drink would definitely use again and refer to others 5STARS
