Since moving to Milton late last year I have had Magda and John "My Dream Clean team" come and clean my house. They have been doing a fantastic job and I have no complaints. They are always accommodating and very responsive when I have questions or need to change my schedule. They are priced well for the quality and service they provide and they never skip corners! It was a wonderful cleaning service at first but seems they got too busy to clean our personal residence . As they stated it takes too long to clean our home and not enough money . Instead of asking for more mo eye or adjusting the scope of work they decided to completely stop cleaning our home.

If you are looking for a cleaning company I strongly recommend My Dream Cleaning. The owners John and Magda are exceptional. I really feel like I have bought myself back some time. The initial meeting was positive and very honest. They made it very easy. I trusted their judgement and ability immediately. They have an online dashboard that makes payment and scheduling idiot proof. When I returned home after they had cleaned I was amazed with the attentions to detail. They literally cleaned EVERYTHING! It has been a week and I am still noticing details. I have two animals that shed a lot and there was absolutely no hair...anywhere. I mean anywhere. I didn't think that was possible. I put down standard clean, but what you receive with this cleaning company is actually what other cleaning companies would consider to be a deep clean. John and Janine are very professional. I wish I could give more than five stars. They are OUTSTANDING!!!! We are prepping our home for sale and John and Magda dug in and deep cleaned our house quite literally from top to bottom. They are exceptionally thorough, more than reasonably priced, and on top of that, very lovely people. We are keeping them on to help us housekeep at our new home. We're very meticulous about cleaning in our house, and before we got busy with a new baby, our regular weekend included spending a few hours cleaning our house. So needless to say, our standards are high (read ocd level). We tried a few cleaning companies and were not satisfied at all. Then, luckily we found My Dream Clean... And honestly I have never been happier, my house feels like it was detailed... and to top it off John and his team are really nice. When we first met the staff, they we're courteous and professional, taking the time to go over every detail on the layout of their plan, covering all the points they would clean. They conducted an assessment free of judgement of our home and wasted no time in scheduling us for a cleaning date that worked around our time table. They're very flexible and arrive on time as promised. During their work, they we're respectful of working around fragile and delicate items, ensuring proper care in their work. Needless to say no stone was left unturned. From the baseboards, to washroom tiles, they we're able to conduct a thorough clean even in areas we were unable to reach. I personally felt comfortable allowing My Dream Clean into our home and allowing them to work even in my absence. John and his team cancelled on the date of. No prior communication provided. Totally unprofessional. I will not be using his services any further due to lack of professionalism. ‐------------- Thanks for your response. Please review your records, you have cancelled on me just minutes before my appointment in more than one occasion. And of course I can understand a medical family emergency will take priority over a cleaning appointment. Don't be ridiculous, I'm a father of twins toddlers, don't take things out of context. Anyone who is in the cleaning business knows the clients have a lot of prep work and tidying up to do before your cleaners come to clean. A little communication will be appreciated. Why you don't understand this is beyond me. You send a reminder notice that the cleaning appointment is on the day before. That is the upsetting part. If you have an inclination that your workers are unreliable, you should give some notice to your clients thst there is a chance of a missed appointment .We can notify you the day of but be prepared. This is to set the proper expectations. Maybe follow up with, " i can only do ad hoc appointments given I am not fully staffed after the covid lockdown. Are you interested in these appointment?" That way would be more understandable. Anyway, the way yiu cancelled on me on more than one occasion is the reason why I'm not using yiur services anymore. There is a wrong you could have corrected or even mitigated by simply keeping your clients in the loop. A little FYI that you're short staff, appointments may not happen more updates to come. That was all that was needed to be done. You lack professionalism, and I stand by that. Don't bother justifying what happened. 1 bad review won't kill your business, unless it has happened to others. I'm simply sharing my experience. There is no ill intention towards my review.
