Undoubtedly the worst company we have ever worked with. We personally text the cleaners several times (at the request of the manager) to tell them of things that were left uncleaned. Finally when this kept happening we brought it to the managers attention that there were many things left uncleaned several times AND that we have time stamps on our cameras that show the cleaners were at our establishment for a total of 28 minutes or less on MULTIPLE (which does not even begin to amount to the appropriate time it takes to clean a fitness facility) the manager would not believe us and defended his cleaners despite NEVER having seen the footage. He wouldn't even consider that 28 minutes was not sufficient time despite never having seen the gyms. After we sent a complaint he then proceeded to tell me we had to start paying upfront for service when this was not the case all a long. Then he told me that we don't appreciate his cleaners work and that everyone at his office was laughing at our emails when he showed them which was the ultimate display of unprofessionalism... that is until he hung up on me. Manny will send his team to your establishment and likely do a very good job the first time or two and then when they start to get comfortable the work will get much worse and usually they don't have any eyes on them but lucky for us we have cameras that revealed the truth. I am all for defending your employees when you know for sure they are doing a good job but in a service industry, if your clients are not happy and you are unwilling to look at the evidence or challenge your own employees to do better then you are ultimately doomed.
