Scheduled an appointment for May 20th, got reminders even the morning of the appoitment and unfortunaelty no show and sorry not cool. If your not in business you should let people know, or at least have the courtesy to call people if you can't keep your appointments.

Chris and his wife just cleaned my BBQ and got it up and running. They did a great job! The online booking engine doesn't seem to collect addresses and I was too busy to followup but Chris texted the night before to confirm the appointment and we exchanged details then. Also offered easy advice on a couple low priority parts that could be replaced which he offered to come back to install if needed. Thanks Chris!

The cleaners never showed up, nor did they text me to say they were delayed, nor did they respond to my text asking if they had cancelled. ADDITION: You can see the owners' response to the one star review below. To the owner, in response: I received a text from your scheduling service on the morning of the cleaning appointment, confirming your arrival. I sent texts to your phone explaining where you could park. There was no response back from your private line at any time. As for your booking service, I just went back to your website and was easily able to book an appointment for later this week. (I did not.) I have a record of our texts dating to September 10th, where we had a long conversation about parking, and where I clearly say that I booked an appointment later in the month. According to you, I shouldn't have been able to make that appointment. So perhaps there's a fail between your booking system and website. My time is worth several stars to me, and I wasted it waiting for you.

Given the response from the owner (who responded to a bad review before either of my emails or phone calls or text messages to the guy who came to do the cleaning.) Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this company. I am rating it a 1 star because to me, keeping your word is important. And, being able to call and speak to someone is important. If you don't really care who is coming to your house, or about reaching the person before or after a cleaning job is scheduled - please go ahead and schedule them for a cleaning. But, only the bbq/cooking portion of your bbq will be cleaned - the rest will not be and there will be dirt everywhere after. As a result of not answering phone calls or emails before or after my cleaning appointment I have determined they are inaccessible, non responsive and cannot do simple repairs. I tried to call in advance to see if the repair could happen as well, I called for 3 days in a row before the appointment and no answer. I even made a comment in the appointment booking tool so they would know. When the guy came to clean, the repair was a surprise. Then he said Chris the owner would come on the weekend to do the repair. It never happened. My emails went unanswered. My texts to Michael went unanswered and my calls still went nowhere. So that is why I say they say they will do something but do not follow through. They just take your money and that's it. The cleaning job leaves something to be desired. I will try a different service next year - to me, this is nowhere close to good customer service.

They were very friendly upon arrival and appeared to have done a great job but upon further inspection grease was left inside, our BBQ was left damaged with the interior lights having been damaged from their scraping tools and our drip tray is missing. I’ve tried to contact them countless times to no response. I’ve now initiated a complaint to the better business bureau and a charge back through VISA for services not rendered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will take your money and run. We now have to find a way to fix our BBQ.

Booked an appt, got 2 email confirmations. Waited patiently, 1 hr after they were "SUPPOSED" to show up, called, text and emailed with 0 response. No one showed up, no one responded or called back. Then i got an automated email later in the day "thanking me for my business", what business, they didn't show. Do not waste your time...

I had a BBQ sitting in my backyard for three years because my gas line was dysfunctional. The BBQ developed rust, dirty and wildlife developing throughout. I called Chris and he clearly indicated that this sort of job comes up all the time and could clean it in "two hours, tops." It was a tall order but he came through above and beyond. They didn't show up when scheduled. I call three times and told the tech would call me. He never did. Eventually showed up, hours late. The grill came out clean. The cast iron griddle wasn't clean. When I opened up the doors to the BBQ all the dirt and grime was left in there. The tank was covered in grime from the BBQ and I was left to clean that out myself.

Not sure what happened to Chris. He didn't show up for our appointment due to 'rain', despite apparently making it all the way to my street. He now appears to have ghosted me. Doesn't answer the phone and doesn't listen to voicemail, wont respond to my texts, and won't set up a time to reschedule. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.

The entire experience was perfect, from inquiry, booking to completion. Chris runs his BBQ cleaning company second to none. I received appointment confirmation while we confirmed on the phone, received reminder and a heads up 30 mins prior. Chris showed up on time with all his tools. I have not used my Weber BBQ for over 10 years, I told Chris it is probably a lost cause but instead of throwing it out, I will try a cleaning first. Well, Chris had it spic, cleaned and shined in under 2 hours, he cleaned up all the mess/debris the BBQ accumulated over the 10 years, he left my backyard in pristine condition without any signs of the cleaning. Chris was utmost professional, friendly, happy and respectful during my entire experience with this cleaning. My heartfelt thank you to Chris, I now have a working BBQ which I have used twice already today. Lunch and dinner. I only wish I had found Chris years ago. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

This was the first time we’ve had our 3 year old BBQ professionally cleaned and it was totally worth it. It looks like new! It took over 2 hours to take it all apart and clean every part - including the storage space underneath. They used a tarp to ensure no greasy residue left behind. Overall very responsive and professional.

We booked an appointment on line, got a call from Chris the night before to confirm and then a 2nd call on the day of to let us know when they were on their way.
