Terrible..... I will never use them, they did a lazy crapy cleaning service. The floor was still dirty after mopping and the kitchen counter top was still dirty, didn’t clean the appliances properly. I’m disappointed. I will not use them ever again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We arranged for a man and a woman to come 3 days in advance, especiallyy requested because wwe had some heavier work at house. It was promissed by a person called Sarah. Two woman who couldny speak a word in english showed up 2 hours later than expected and they did not have a clue about what we have asked. When we called office to ask for explanation, another very rude person with an strong accent, on the phone intrupted us every single word, dis not apologize for their mis arrangements and did not give any explanation. Definitely a no for cleaning service. Not trusted! They wasted our time and now I have to arrange for the next weekend! These are the people who do not value your time and arrangements.

ACE CLEANING SERVICES has been providing us janitorial services for more than five years. They are very reliable and flexible: our schedule demands frequent changes, however, they have always accommodated the last minute changes. I would strongly recommend their services.

I called them to schedule a cleaning and they told me they would come at 7:30am. By 7:45am they still did not show up. I called the owner. When she picked up, I was told they would send someone at 2:00pm. Also, she asked me to call around 1pm. I called them 3 times and no one picked up or returned the call. Around 2 pm I got a call from cleaners informing me that they would come around 2:40 and I waited till 4:10pm until someone came. They took around 2 hours to clean and went home. Upon inspection, it was a shoddy job! I had to go over many areas again myself. Unfortunately this is not the first time this happened. Last time they didn't show up at all. I was told they have improved their service but clearly this is not the case.
