Very pleased with the work done! Dan showed up right on time. The work was completed in approximately 2 hours, and my filthy windows are now sparkling again. I have used other window cleaning companies before, that use teams of noisy workers. Dan worked solo, and so quiet we almost forgot he was out there. Sunrise is the best by far I have used. See you next spring :-)

Very helpful and professional. Was very prompt in returning emails. Setup the appointment with just an exchange of few emails. Promptly send the estimate and scheduled an appointment. Arrived earlier than the scheduled time and did a fantastic job of cleaning the windows of our house. Looking squeaky clean and wife just loves the view... so clear.... thank you for a job well done.

First experience, didn't know what to expect. The team showed up for scheduled time. Set up their homes and equipment, attached to our house water source. Everything cleaned with long brush, including our second story. Windows reachable from the ground were also squeezed dry. I was surprised how clear and streak free the result was. 15 windows + patio doors took about 1 hour. Will use them again in late summer.

Does not return messages/provide quotes and I am a repeat customer. Terrible customer service. I have tried texting/calling/emailing and nobody is courteous enough to return my messages. Spoke to someone live on Monday who said they would provide a quote later that same day. Today is Friday - still have not heard from them. Go somewhere else where your business is valued - do NOT recommend.

We have been using another window cleaning service for the past 16 years and decided to give Sunrise a try for a change. Sunrise did a great job, they made every glass surface, including the glass railings on our deck, sparkle! We also like the fact that they are easy to get a hold of and are responsive.
