Terry is very experienced and a professional. He has completed duct cleaning in two of my homes (2500 square feet), Venetian rug and couch cleaning, and for the first time, grout and tile cleaning. As first time home owners we were already overwhelmed with the learning curve of maintaining a home. So when both our painter and cleaner suggested that we have our very dirty ducts cleaned we were apprehensive. A couple of calls made us realise that this was a messy, expensive job. And then our Google search led us to Terry from Shiny cleaning. Though a modest number of reviews his company had 5 stars and was open "24/7". I called and spoke to Terry who was luckily available the next day and qouted us by fat the most reasonable price for the job. Next day, Terry was considerate enough to message us that he was getting late and once he showed up he ran us through the entire process. We chatted about cricket while he efficiently went about the house opening the ducts. He also offered the disinfecting service at a considerable discount and finally the cherry on the cake was that he offered us a FREE dryer vent cleaning as a gift for our new home. In the middle of unopened cartons, a cranky toddler and the summer heat, Terry was a literally a breath of fresh air. Pun intended :) I highly highly recommend his company and services. Very happy :)

5 star service. I only had the duct cleaning service. The gentlemen worked well and tried to clean any left over dust from vents cleaning. Used protective fabrics to cover some areas to avoid scratches in our stairs. Very nice guy to talk to and works very well. At the end of the service he also sprayed an anti bacterial spray into the vents. Definitely recommend to others and will call back in the future for other services.

We also felt a noticeable difference in our boys' room which felt cold all the time especially at night- however after the duct cleaning, it seemed to make a big difference in making it feel warm. I had OUTSTANDING service and was very happy with the results of my carpet cleaning. I hired Shiny Home Care to do a move out carpet cleaning before I left that address and the carpets looked so great that I wished I called them sooner so I could have enjoyed the results before leaving. WOW, Both terry and his co-worker did an amazing job on all my vents, furnace and shampooed my carpet. Quick appointment times and very reliable. I was able to get his company in in a few days of initial phone call. He was very nice and explained what he had to do to get the best quality. He also made appropriate wholes in vents which he plugged afterwards with proper supplies. He does a great job. When him and I were talking I told him about my 2yr old having problems breathing and that i hope that all this helps. He then told me about a hospital grade disinfected and he would put it through my vent system. He took the time to do this after he had finished the job. He is a family man and you can honestly tell he cares about his customers and the families that he provides his service for. I highly recommend him and his business. You will not be disappointed with the job done but be happy that even your air in the house feels lighter.

I had my home duct cleaning done on August 01, 2020 and I must say no one could have done the job better than Terry! Terry noticed an exterior exhaust opening that was not covered. Although its not within the scope of his job to cover an exhaust duct for me ( he came to do the duct cleaning Only) he took the effort to cover it with a mesh knowing that I might not get to that height to do it myself. Terry is simply awesome ???? Very kind and informative and does his job with extra care. After doing the stair carpet cleaning, he just went ahead and cleaned the 2 entryway carpets as well without even we telling about it nor was it included in the package. He took time to answer all my questions without getting even a bit impatient or irritated and finished the entire work very patiently. We had some mold build up in the HVAC area and he sprayed there when it was not part of his package. Now wherever we go we would take only his service if he serves that area.
