I can't recommend On The Spot highly enough!! After a bad experience with another company, I had put off having the carpet in my house cleaned professionally for about 5 years. I finally decided to try On The Spot on the recommendation of a friend. My expectations were low, and honestly, the carpet looked brand new again (it is 15 years old)!! Prompt, professional, and friendly. Will definately be making this a regular thing now that I know someone I can trust. Thank you!!

Met Dan this morning during Covid 19 situation. I was short shipped their Carpet and Upholstery cleaning product which I ordered online. Dan called me in the previous evening to arrange meeting and rectify this transaction. After about twenty years of not having their Carpet and Upholstery cleaning product found it again while in the Oakville area. This is an incredibly awesome product to use on any stain you may have. Thank you Dan, wasn't an urgent issue but thank you again for your customer service.
