On Our Way brought a fresh level of clean to our home after a long period of us “getting by” but not really deep cleaning. On the first visit, I had been wondering why it was taking so long to do the main bathroom - until I looked around it later. A section of the shower door support had gotten very grungy at one point and I had worked on it to get it as good as it was going to get, and resigned to needing to replace it soon. Then came Arijana - oh my goodness, she brought it back to looking so clean! Just a lovely job overall! I’ve booked the next visit.

I had specific areas of my house that needed to be cleaned, so I called the customer service line and explain to them where I needed and they helped me pick a category online that fits what I need. And then as the cleaner came in she contacted me and we had a good conversation back-and-forth and she was able to help me very well with everything that was needed even though I wasn’t home and it was only my roommate that was at home. The place looked wonderful! Everything was so shiny and it was like as if I just came into a brand new house. Thank you so much for all your hard work and such good hospitality as well! I really appreciate your service and DEFINITELY this will be the company I will go to if I ever need to book another appointment again!

On Our Way came to clean our house today for the second time and now they’ll be coming back at least once a month. We signed up for a recurring service and the only question is if we should do it every two weeks instead. The house is sparkling clean even by the toughest critics standard. A team of two came in and worked very hard for almost four hours. Every surface was wiped clean and wiped again. I’ve had other cleaning companies in and this was mikes ahead! Do yourself a favor and have them clean your space!

I just want to say how amazing On Our Way Cleaning Service is. I spoke to them in advance explaining what I was hoping to have done. On the phone and via email they were so kind and happy to answer my questions. It was very easy to book online. Arijana, Riela and Hazel came this morning and from the moment they arrived I had a good feeling. When they were done they asked my mom and I to do a walk thru where they explained what they did and even gave helpful advice on how to maintain. They did an absolutely incredible job. My mom and I are beyond impressed. We chatted with them before they left. They were so sweet to my dog who loved getting tummy rubs. They are definitely a pet friendly service. Only minutes after they left I booked for recurring service. Having a busy schedule, On Our Way coming to my house takes one major task off my shoulders and allows me to focus on everything else! I highly recommend On Our Way.

Today, we asked for standard cleaning. Somehow the online booking didn't work well for me, so I had to call on the phone, and nice guy Michale helped me booking the scheduling! The cleaning took about two hours, and Arijana, Hazel, and Riela, three professional cleaners made our apartment sparkle! They were very polite and kind and joyful. We also asked for options to clean the oven and refrigerator, so we are happy that our ovens and refrigerators are now shiny like new ones.
